From the warm welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew this we were going to have a very special stay at this property. The hotel is located in the dead center of Oia -- making it an easy 10 - 15 min walk to get to anything in the area and easily accessible to the taxi stand, bus stop, restaurants, shops, and more. The views are second to none -- literally everywhere you look is another postcard perfect photo opportunity. The suites are not only beautiful and spotless, but well maintained, charming, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and are the perfect place to enjoy a beverage, dip in the pool or hot tub, or your daily breakfast. I wanted to especially thank the housekeeping staff for their outstanding job keeping our room so clean (twice daily service) and Georgia and Kim for taking such good care of us. No stay is perfect, and even when we had a few very minor glitches, they both responded with care and lightning speed to go above and beyond to surprise and delight us. I can't wait to return to this fairytale property. Do yourself a favor and look no further -- you've found the perfect place to call home on your visit to Santorini!

It’s great to watch the sunset on your own terrace (the hotel offers red wine) and the breakfast at the hotel is great! The hotel service is very good, the reception is patient and meticulous, introduces the nearby restaurants and sightseeing spots, and helps to contact the next day's chartered car (tours to the red beach, black sand beach, blue-top church, winery, etc., including lunch, directly to the boat dock ). The hotel facilities are very good, the small terrace has a small pool that can be soaked, a capsule coffee machine, a small freezer, dehumidification equipment, and a shower. When they strolled the next morning, they arrived at their affiliated hotel. The top floor and the pool on the top floor were very nice.

Fanari Villas is the most anticipated cave hotel in my entire Greek itinerary. The price for one night is more than half a month's rent in Hong Kong. But the honeymoon trip is only once in a lifetime, and it is only once! Fanari Villas is located in Santorini Oia, about 10 minutes walk from the bus station, via some steps. It will be a bit painful to walk these steps under the high temperature with luggage, so it is best to ask the hotel before check-in if the bell boy can arrange for a bell boy to pick you up at the bus stop. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel, and it is just above the scenic spot Ammoudi Bay, which is very convenient.
The service was very good. Seeing that we were sweating, they gave us 2 cups of cold water to cool down. Knowing that we are here for our honeymoon, they gave us another bottle of red wine🍷. There is also a detailed introduction to hotel facilities and rooms.
There is a restaurant in the hotel, and guests will receive discounts when dining in the restaurant. There is also a small cave pool and jacuzzi. However, there is no warm water, and it is only about 20 degrees at night, so the water is a bit freezing. There is an area with some beach chairs, where you can lie there and enjoy the sunset and sea view.
The room has 2 floors and each floor has a terrace. There are sea views from the terrace and a windmill is also visible. There is a small jacuzzi on the lower terrace. Soaking in water, looking at the sea view, reading a book, drinking a glass of red wine/juice 🍹, this is life! On one side of the ground floor are coffee machines, kettles, cups, a dining table, and several chairs🪑. On the other side a seat like a chaise longue was made. The washroom is also on this floor, and there are many bottles of apivita bathroom products. Like most Greek hotels, only about half of the location is covered by walls, so a small amount of water will splash outside when taking a shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed, TV 📺 and a safe.
The hotel includes breakfast. There are not many choices of breakfast food, but the quality is high. The most important thing is that you can dine facing the invincible sea view! Although it is only a short night, it is enough to leave good memories🥰

Married with his wife on the 2nd anniversary of the trip, two days in Athens, four days of the Holy Island. The selection of the hotel has been entangled for a long time, because this one did not bring a picture review on Ctrip, worried that it would fail, but eventually chose this one, and then did not disappoint. Location: On the edge of the village of Imerovigli, not in the concentration area of the hotel, a little bit closer. The hotel provides pick-up service, 50 Euros, booked on the official website, and tell the customer about the flight. After arriving, I arrived. Hardware facilities: very good, very new, style is also like my wife. Booked a room with a pool, facing Oia, the view is very good, lying on the bed through the floor-to-ceiling windows to see the sea and the mountain view, endless aftertaste, lingering. Service attitude: perfect service! From the car, there is a staff member to greet, wearing a white dress, and the decoration style is very good. Every detail is intimate, with red wine and fruit. In short, I did not give up this election because there was no picture comment on Ctrip. The overall is very good, much better than the hotels that are concentrated in the town. The only regret is that it is relatively early, not the peak season, the main temperature is not high, the private pool is not enjoyed. Thanks again to all the staff of this hotel for their hospitality! !

The best hotel for this trip! I booked it temporarily in Santorini. The room was super spacious. The service was very good. The facilities in the room were very textured. The pool view was a must! Breakfast is semi-buffet, eggs can be ordered for free.
The location is some distance from fira, if you rent a car to play, it is very recommended!

The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good..

Fantastic spot to stay in Santorini. The view of the caldera was a beautiful sight to start each day during our stay. The staff was friendly and catered to all of our needs and wishes. The breakfast is not bad. The hotel is not too far from the airport, which is good for a one-night transit. The room is not big but it is OK, and there is a living room. The swimming pool is great. It was a pity that the weather was cold and we could not swim.

Excellent
SSha NinaLocation : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere.
Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed.
Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel.
Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you.
Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )
CchocosukiIt's about a 10-minute walk from the center of Oia and the bus station, so I was able to easily return to the hotel to rest while sightseeing. Above all, the sunset from the balcony of the room is unobstructed and the best. For breakfast, choose what you want to eat from the list by the night before and contact them via WhatsApp. It seems that the pool temperature can be changed if you contact them, so you can enjoy it whether it's hot or cold. As for the room, there is no partition door between the bedroom and the bathroom, so be careful about that. Apivita shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body milk were provided for the number of nights. If I come to Santorini again, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel.
RRealCalifornianWhite Pearl Villas was wonderful!
As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!
日日本人..!I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place.
I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs.
The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open.
I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in.
Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from.
On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful.
I think the staff were friendly and very nice.
GGuest UserHad pleasure of staying at Astro for 4 days. The team at residence were fantastic from moment we arrived until our stay ended. Provide excellent advice on places to visit and eat. Walking distance to Fira but also in peaceful location. Clean and airy hotel. Breakfast offering could be better, omelettes a bit too greasy, and very light on healthier options, could do with more fruit.
GGuest UserLovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast.
The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them.
The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email.
Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear.
The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs!
Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.
GGuest UserAside from being a short walk away from the beach and having ugly taste of bed sheets, everything else is perfect. They have nice continental breakfast every morning, lovely swimming pool, suitable for adults and kids. The sweetest staff but the interior of the building do look a bit old school, maybe they hired an elderly designer. Nonetheless the toilet is equipped, they have a kettle in the room, a mini fridge, some coffee and tea. I would say it is a four star hotel if it’s not for the bedsheets! Bed wise, comfortable enough to sleep. I was in the triple room and even had a nice balcony of my own! Worth every penny spent on this hotel given the reasonable pricing!
GGuest UserWe arrived earlier in the day & asked if we could do early check in. We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps.
Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower.
I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in.
In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony.
The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went.
The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around.
It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.
GGuest UserThe real cliff cave suite, the room is large, breakfast looks at the sea, cool! The outdoor bathtub is clean and hot. Fully equipped and good view. In the core location of the town, it is very close to where to go, it is necessary to go up and down the steps, no way, living in Yiya Town is like this. The luggage hotel will be responsible for carrying to the room, you can also provide a drop-off appointment, and the luggage is also responsible for sending to the pick-up point. It is recommended to contact the hotel in advance to the store and leave the details of the time. You can find the car yourself and carry the luggage.
GGuest Userwe stayed in superior room caldera view, the view was very nice indeed and room lovely, it has the santorini cave vibe. room clean, bathroom clean, hot water at any time.
breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅
swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view.
location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano
