We spend 14 amazing days of vacation in Santorini. The hotel - has a really fantastic view (In our opinion better than Oia and Fira) - is very quiet, but still in a town - has clean room - has very good WIFI and lots of electric outlets and a very special thanks to Leuteris, you saved our vacation Best regards Sussie & Per

Sono ritornata all'hotel Pancratium dopo un anno con molto entusiasmo perché è il posto ideale per chi desidera vivere l'esperienza di un soggiorno in pieno relax. L' hotel si trova in uno dei luoghi più affascinanti dell'isola e gode di un panorama mozzafiato sulla caldera. Lontano dai centri affollati è vicino alle spiagge più belle e al sito archeologico di Akrotiri. I proprietari, Lefteris e Martha, sono persone premurose e gentili e interagiscono con i clienti sempre con garbo e discrezione. Tutte le stanze affacciano sulla caldera e sono ampie e pulite. Il letto è comodissimo e favorisce un sonno ristoratore. La biancheria viene cambiata ogni mattina e nel bagno sono disponibili i prodotti indispensabili per l'igiene. La colazione è abbondante e può essere consumata in terrazza. Ottimo lo yogurt, le marmellate fatte in casa, la spremuta d'arance ed i dolci. Consigliatissimo a chi ama i luoghi autentici, la pace, gli spazi azzurri infiniti e il silenzio.

Our experience with Pancratium Villas and Suites was truly exceptional! Martha and her husband Leftheris were incredibly welcoming and committed to making our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub in our room. The caldera view was breathtaking, and the breakfast was wonderful. We highly recommend Pancratium to anyone seeking a peaceful alternative to the bustling Oia and Fira. We cannot wait to return!!

My fiancée and I had the most incredible stay at Pancratium Villas and Suites, we really wished we stayed longer! We were looking to stay somewhere quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira. The room was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our own private jacuzzi that looked out into the Caldera - it was so peaceful. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. We want to say a big, big thank you to Martha, her husband and staff who looked after us. They were all so accomodating and ensured we had a wonderful time in Santorini! We are so grateful for Martha who helped us organise all of our amazing activities. We would love to return to Pancratium one day!

My partner and I stayed here recently for 10 days and absolutely loved it. Very friendly staff and the room was fabulous. Fantastic views from the whole property and situated close to local restaurants/shops/beaches. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet endroit idyllique avec de merveilleux petits déjeuners frais, que l’on peut manger ou l’on veut. Les conseils de Martha très précieux. Et tous les services annexes qu’elle nous rend comme louer un bateau, une voiture… Nous avons été charmés de ce passage qui nous a baigné dans un endroit calme et reposant avec les restaurants à côté . Lorsque nous reviendrons en Grèce nous ferons une nouvelle halte chez Martha.
