This family owned hotel is a jewel on the edge of the caldera! Maria and her father, Yannis, are the epitome of what a hotelier strives to be. We felt so welcomed before we even arrived. There is no request too large or too small for Maria. She is the perfect host and made us feel like family. Yannis served a magnificent breakfast every morning on the patio with a friendly smile. What a wonderful way to start the day!

My friend and I traveled to Santorini to celebrate her 50th birthday. Maria was a fantastic host and had a birthday cake in the fridge upon arrival as well as wine and water. The views are incredible and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening when it cooled off. Sunset is perfect as well as breakfast on the terrace served by Maria’s father. Maria also assisted us in coordinating transfers from the airport and to the port. Great location in Fira, walked everywhere and easy access to bus station. I would definitely return to Asma Suites if ever In Santorini again!!

Asma Suites
Our host, Maria, kept in touch even before our trip and was available by WhatsApp when the reception office was closed. She was very gracious about accommodating our request to extend our stay when an unexpected issue arose (air traffic controller strike that cancelled our return flight from Thira to Athens). The hotel grounds and our room was very clean and had a small area where we could eat our breakfast or take-out food. Loved the hot tub with a view of the caldera. Having breakfast included meant less hassles finding a place early in the morning. The hotel was right in the center of Fira, with great views of the caldera and an easy walk to the restaurants and stores. Overall, a relaxing stay in Santorini.

This property is excellent - essentially a multi-room B&B, each with a separate entrance. Maria, the manager, and her father were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely ask Maria for assistance in arranging local tours (in advance!) if you are not familiar with the island. There is a beautiful view of the caldera. Note though, the facility is down a long path with quite a few steps - it would not be a good choice for someone in a wheelchair or who has difficulty walking.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre de Fira et de ses charmantes rues, tout en offrant une tranquillité incroyable. Parfait pour explorer la ville et se relaxer. Le personnel a été aux petits soins, toujours souriant et prêt à aider pour toute demande. Un service impeccable qui a rendu notre expérience inoubliable.
Le petit-déjeuner servi chaque matin était très bon et copieux, avec des produits locaux. C'était un plaisir de le savourer face à une vue incroyable sur la mer Égée

Beautiful and peaceful
Peaceful, beautiful away from the crowds, hidden little gem with only 5 suites. Beautiful family run property only a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Wonderful never ending views. Not to be missed. Generous breakfast also provided.
