My stay at this villa was marked by several disappointments, which initially led me to give a rating of 5/10 on Booking. I noticed very high humidity in the apartment, accompanied by mold, as well as a flagrant lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. In addition, the apartment was much darker than the photos suggested, and some amenities, such as the terrace lighting and the hairdryer, did not work. Although the central location and the historic charm of the villa are positive points, these inconveniences greatly affected my experience. However, after leaving my review on Booking, I was contacted by the host via WhatsApp, expressing his dissatisfaction with the rating I had given. I find this approach very unprofessional, especially since the host denied my observations outright and accused me of having made them up, which is unacceptable. For a rate exceeding €530 per night, I find this behavior unacceptable. My goal was not to harm the reputation of the villa, but to honestly report my stay. Unfortunately, the host's reaction only reinforced my disappointment.

The dream was a dream. The view was phenomenal and made our honeymoon a dream. It was in the perfect location. The staff treated us like family.

We were under the impression that this was a hotel which it is not. No room cleaning or ice in the room or even available. The hot tub was not warm and most importantly the view was not as expected. Really thought it would have a better view of the Caldera. Had do go off the property to view the sunset

Recently stayed in the Dream Villa in Oia and it was an absolute dream. Elizabeth and George were so accommodating and helpful. Elizabeth helped us book a day cruise on a lovely catamaran, gave us the best tips on where to see the best sunset view and gave us great restaurant recommendations (including the best gyro in town!). The villa was perfectly located (people even made lines outside our door because we had the best view in Oia), beds were so comfortable, and the private balcony with the best view all to ourselves was amazing. Thank you, Elizabeth for such a perfect stay in Santorini.
