Before I review this place I want to clarify somethings: This review is not to demand any money from the eternity suites but with a sole purpose of warning people about what kind of a health hazard this place is. We do not expect anything from the owners because their response during our stay was either bizzare baseless allegations or false claims without any proof. Review: I stayed at this place in suite 5 with my friends for 3 nights, out of which 2 nights were wasted arguing with the manager on duty "yannis". The reason was that the hot tub (jacuzzi) was unhygenic and a health hazard. Please see the attached picture of the property with the pH test of water that shows it was clearly acidic. Me and my friends left santorini with chemical burns on our skin all over the body. We were choking with the bubble jet of the hot tub. Our eyes were burning accompanied by intense coughing. The manager was in constant denial and did not take any measures to fix the problem. Our vacation was completely ruined by the eternity suits and the staff. This is my first ever review. I stayed in many hotels and resorts but never experienced such disappointment and harm to my health as I did at the stay at eternity suites in santorini. Please reconsider before booking this property as it posed serious health risks for us.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di agosto e abbiamo un bellissimo ricordo. Gli appartamenti sono in una zona tranquilla di Fira ed è possibile raggiungere il centro con una breve camminata passando per le tipiche vie pedonali, oltre ad un breve percorso sulla strada principale. L’appartamento era davvero molto curato e ben tenuto. Una chicca la Jacuzzi esterna utilizzabile anche la sera e ripulita ogni giorno. Ottima la biancheria. Un particolare ringraziamento a Markella per gli ottimi consigli e la disponibilità.

Tutto perfetto. Una suite stupenda e dotata di ogni comfort. Tutto estremamente pulito e nuovo. La jacuzzi in terrazza era deliziosa, grande, pulita e con acqua alla perfetta temperatura. Markella è simpatica, disponibile, attenta e da ottimi consigli per escursioni, ristoranti, trasporti e divertimento! Gli appartamenti sono vicini al centro ma silenziosi e tranquilli. Tutto davvero impeccabile!

Last minute booking and so happy we selected here. Markella was in touch as soon as we booked to ask if we needed transport etc. From the minute we arrived to when we left she was very attentive. The suites themselves are amazing, very clean, tastefully decorated and very spacious. Getting into the town centre is a 5 minute walk but is up hill but wasn't an issue for us. highly recomended.

We came to Santorini as a family ( with 3 months old baby). The location was just perfect especially with a little baby. The "cave" was cleaned every day which was great. The place itself is spacious, cosy and just pleasant to stay inside. The private jacuzzi was lovely, especially in October/November time as it gets a little bit cold in the evenings. The manager has contacted us prior to our trip which was lovely. He made sure that we had a travel cot waiting for us in the bedroom as wall as transport from the airport to the place. In general he was always very helpful - literally available 24h a day. I recommend this place, it's about 10 minutes walk to the main town 😀

Hotel booked for its attractive price and its pretty photos. Slight apprehension before arriving, we were afraid that the photos would not reflect reality. From the moment we arrived we were reassured. 24 hours before arrival a text message from the manager informs us that we can ask him for everything we need, and that's done, a long list of restaurants and places to see. The room is superbly decorated, fresh, the jacuzzi clean and very pleasant after a day of sightseeing. Located just 6 minutes walk from the center hypermarket and views of the caldera. The staff is exceptionally friendly. We will gladly come back. Thank you for these two wonderful days

the property was spotlessly clean. good location, close to the main town. facilities in the room and terrace were great including fridge, kettle and coffee machine. the plunge pool was large and warm. we were very comfortable and well looked after by excellent hosts and daily cleans. water was provided for the room daily. the suite was very modern and the decor was perfect. air con was available in all rooms. large rainfall showers and all toiletries included.
