The room facilities are OK, the bedding is comfortable, the swimming pool is heated but small, the breakfast is a menu, the taste and ingredients are good, and there are slight differences every day. There is a turndown service, and different bedtime gifts are given every day. The scenery is also nice, facing the volcano. The only downside is that there is a charge for carrying luggage, and it is a long way from the parking lot to the hotel. I have to climb up and down every day, which is not suitable for people with bad legs and feet.

Grace hotel is one of the top hotels I’ve stayed at. The sunset was incredible. The staff were excellent especially George at the restaurant. What a great guy. Rooms were larger than expected and beautiful. 10/10.

In August we stayed in Grace Hotel and what an amazing experience it was in this world-class boutique hotel! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest thanks to wonderful staff, in particular Silvia and Georges who took great care of us all the time! Lazy mornings with tasking-like menu paired with some bubbles, chilling by the infinity pool and enjoying spectacular view is exactly what we needed from Santorini!

The staff and location made this an incredible experience. I would highly recommend the Grace Hotel if you are looking for a once in a lifetime kind of trip. The view is amazing, the service is impeccable, and you can tell that the staff truly cares about making you feel special. Take the advice of the concierge team for dinner and activity recommendations - they know what they are doing!!

The hotel is perfect. Views are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool outside our room every day. Breakfast included every morning was fantastic and all of the staff were so friendly and professional and made sure that we had an amazing stay! You will not regret staying here

As always, it has been a unique experience, having the chance again to enjoy our 4th stay at Grace. Grace team with their professionalism and productive efficiency has managed once more to make us feel like home! Our upmost appreciation to the front office for immaculate service and to Mrs Sylvia and team who have tendered generously their best of service at the pool restaurant/bar. It was a great pleasure to meet also the GM Mr Georgousis who had made every kind effort to improve our stay in the best possible manner, within and beyond the "borders" of Grace. Special thanks to our dear Mr. Konstantinos Zindros for his overwhelming effort to top up our time in Grace in every perspective what so ever! Grace team has achieved to create an immaculate 5* hospitality experience of global standards, making Grace a destination by itself alone!
