The room facilities are OK, the bedding is comfortable, the swimming pool is heated but small, the breakfast is a menu, the taste and ingredients are good, and there are slight differences every day. There is a turndown service, and different bedtime gifts are given every day. The scenery is also nice, facing the volcano. The only downside is that there is a charge for carrying luggage, and it is a long way from the parking lot to the hotel. I have to climb up and down every day, which is not suitable for people with bad legs and feet.

The hotel is perfect. Views are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool outside our room every day. Breakfast included every morning was fantastic and all of the staff were so friendly and professional and made sure that we had an amazing stay! You will not regret staying here

As always, it has been a unique experience, having the chance again to enjoy our 4th stay at Grace. Grace team with their professionalism and productive efficiency has managed once more to make us feel like home! Our upmost appreciation to the front office for immaculate service and to Mrs Sylvia and team who have tendered generously their best of service at the pool restaurant/bar. It was a great pleasure to meet also the GM Mr Georgousis who had made every kind effort to improve our stay in the best possible manner, within and beyond the "borders" of Grace. Special thanks to our dear Mr. Konstantinos Zindros for his overwhelming effort to top up our time in Grace in every perspective what so ever! Grace team has achieved to create an immaculate 5* hospitality experience of global standards, making Grace a destination by itself alone! An absolutely outstanding experience all around. The hotel, the service and the views!!!! The most amazing sunsets I have ever see . And the Michelin star restaurant for dinner is an absolute must! I couldn't recommend this place any more highly for those willing to splurge on a luxury hotel. Definitely worth every penny.

Exceptional location defined a very memorable and enjoyable experience. Incredible view from room. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was exceptional and among the best i have every experienced. I couldn't recommend this resort more highly.

Perfect location with stunning views, everything was perfect about our stay at the Grace. From the excellent staff, to the impeccable food. We were blown away with our experience. Grace Hotel now has the number one position on our personal list of favorite places in the world. The view from our room (we splurged on the Villa) was absolutely breathtaking! We had our own pool, sauna, massage room, spa, kitchen and second bedroom! But it was our butler, George, who made our stay memorable. He is very professional, yet warm and accommodating! He made sure we felt pampered! This was a trip of a lifetime celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and Grace Hotel topped all expectations! We promised each other we will return!

We recently stayed for few days mini break at the beautiful island of Santorini. First and foremost I have to say how exquisite the customer service of this Hotel is. We had to postpone our original stay but have received nothing but support and appreciation of the situation. When we finally got there, the hospitality, the eye for little details and kind gestures, together with the breathtaking location of this beautiful hotel left us nothing short of admiration. From the first picture taken up on arrival, to the little sweet box in the room, the evening lavender bags, the five course breakfast menu and the everlasting smiles and kindness of all the people working there, everything felt genuine and was appreciated enormously.
