This hotel is perfect. I went there without thinking. It is really perfect. If I don't stay here, I will lose a lot. The hotel staff is also very patient. They will help us take Polaroid photos when we check in.

The room facilities are OK, the bedding is comfortable, the swimming pool is heated but small, the breakfast is a menu, the taste and ingredients are good, and there are slight differences every day. There is a turndown service, and different bedtime gifts are given every day. The scenery is also nice, facing the volcano. The only downside is that there is a charge for carrying luggage, and it is a long way from the parking lot to the hotel. I have to climb up and down every day, which is not suitable for people with bad legs and feet.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. It is a retreat from the hectic cities on Santornini and only a short cab drive away from the sites. The staff are professional, courteous and very welcoming. Everyone we encountered seemed to enjoy their job. The beds were super comfortable, the towels and products for the bath were top quality and the view of the caldera and sunset cannot be matched. We were sad to go but look forward to returning.

Myself and my partner have just returned from our trip to Greece and I had to write a review for this hotel as it is quite simply the best place we have ever stayed! From even prior to our stay the level of service we received was second to none, all our restaurant bookings and questions were handled extremely promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arriving in Santorini we discovered our luggage had been delayed, but as soon as we arrived at the hotel any stress we had completely disappeared when we received the warmest welcome and a glass of champagne from the lovely staff at the hotel! They took a Polaroid of us upon arriving which was another lovely touch (unfortunately we forgot to take ours home!) They went above and beyond our entire stay, helping with getting our luggage back to us and even helping coordinate my partners proposal to me with the restaurant where it took place, promising if the restaurant could not accommodate the flowers my partner requested then they would deliver them themselves. The views are out of this world and each member of staff was incredibly welcoming, remembering both our names/faces after just the first day. The service at breakfast, on the reception desk and around the pool was incredible with every request handled seamlessly, they could not do enough for you here. We will 100% be returning to this hotel when we return to Santorini to begin our wedding planning!
