Overall, my stay here was very pleasant.
I had a peaceful and relaxing holiday in May.
When I first arrived, the room I was given was different from the one I saw on Trip.com.
I mentioned this, and they quickly changed it to another room, which I really appreciated.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

It has got one of the best views of Santorini. The staff was really nice especially Rava and the food was good too

Μείναμε στο Gizis Exclusive και η εμπειρία μας ήταν απλά μαγική! Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας υποδέχτηκαν με ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμό και, προς μεγάλη μας χαρά, μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση δωματίου, χαρίζοντάς μας διαμονή σε ένα πιο μεγάλο και άνετο exclusive δωμάτιο με όλες τις ανέσεις.
Η θέα από το μπροστινό μπαλκόνι ήταν απερίγραπτη – ακριβώς μπροστά μας απλωνόταν η καλντέρα, το απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας και κάθε απόγευμα απολαμβάναμε ένα από τα πιο εντυπωσιακά ηλιοβασιλέματα της ζωής μας. Ήταν πραγματικά σαν να ζούσαμε σε καρτ ποστάλ.
Το βράδυ, όταν ο ήλιος έδινε τη θέση του στο φεγγάρι, το πίσω μπαλκόνι μας χάριζε μια άλλη όψη της ομορφιάς της Σαντορίνης: μια λαμπερή πανσέληνος, που φώτιζε απαλά το τοπίο και δημιουργούσε μια ατμόσφαιρα απόλυτης γαλήνης και ρομαντισμού.
Το προσωπικό ήταν διακριτικό αλλά πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, και οι παροχές του καταλύματος ανταποκρίνονται απόλυτα σε αυτό που υπόσχεται το όνομα "exclusive". Ο ιδιοκτήτης ο κύριος Γιάννης είναι φιλόξενος ,πρόθυμος και άριστος οικοδεσπότης.
Δεν μπορούμε παρά να συστήσουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το Gizis Exclusive σε όποιον επιθυμεί μια ξεχωριστή και αυθεντική εμπειρία διαμονής στη Σαντορίνη. Εμείς σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!

Hotel con vistas espectaculares a la caldera de Santorini. La piscina y las hamacas aceptables y con buenas vistas. No obstante, la habitación muy anticuada, el agua de la ducha se filtraba en la habitación. Necesita urgentemente una reforma porque no se adecua al precio que pagas por la habitación. Se compensaba con las increíbles vistas de la habitación y del hotel que te permitían ver el atardecer y disfrutar de una panorámica de lujo de Santorini. El desayuno bastante mediocre pero no te queda otra al no haber más opciones alrededor.
