Never been to Santorini before, and to be honest, there's only one reason that will make us return: this delightful hotel run by wonderful people. The island is beautiful, but the towns of OIA and FIRA are bombarded by cruise ships constantly dropping off tourists. They are worth seeing, but once you've seen them, thanks to the advice of Glykeria, Kyriaki, and Lefteris (I hope I didn't get the father's name wrong, and I apologize if I did), there are many places where the sunset is equally beautiful without people walking all over you. The hotel is a gem, and for the first time in our lives, we slept with the windows open, with only the sound of the sea as our lullaby. The atmosphere is familial, but the attention to detail is top-notch, from breakfast to room cleanliness to the beach right in front of the hotel. Perivolos offers a 3km long beachfront full of bars and restaurants, but this hotel is fortunate to be at the end of it, making it very, very quiet. The atmosphere is friendly and familiar, and you often get to spend pleasant moments with other guests who, if they've chosen a place like this, surely appreciate peace and tranquility. It was a wonderful vacation Luca e Raffaella
