We had a fabulous stay here. Location good and quiet. Initially room 6 which was a good size but balcony looking onto a wall-ok perhaps for a week but not 2. We then moved to one which had a lovely sea/Mountain View. There is, however, a lack of storage and shelving for clothes. I would suggest bringing some extra hangers. It’s a short walk down an incline to the beach and shops/restaurants-plenty to choose from. Pool area small but adequate. We didn’t use it much. Lucia and her small team of staff were excellent. The young lad at reception is very pleasant and helpful and is there from early morning. I enjoyed the fabulous sunrises from the beach-worth the early rise. We arranged car hire and sunset cruise at reception. Thanks to you all, we’d definitely recommend.

Stayed here for one week 24th September to 1st October, we had a ground floor one bed apartment with two single beds in the lounge, gorgeous little terrace with mountain views and a secluded area for the early morning cuppa. It was perfect . Spotlessly clean, towels changed every day, bedding every other. The air con worked great which was much needed, the wifi was excellent too . Hot water was never an issue. A ten minute walk to the local restaurants (meals good value for money)and bars/shops. A small incline though when walking back ! Probably not ideal if you have mobility issues. The local 24hour bakery was amazing , a must to visit !!. The icecream there was just out of this world. The local beach was close to the shops etc, but black sharp sand, did not appeal to us. The pool at the apartment was lovely , swam every day, tiny but well needed as our days were so hot. The two guys on reception and Lucia herself are so friendly, helpful and happy to help with your questions. We really have no faults with this place. Would highly recommend and we will be staying here again, soon I hope :-)

Our third year here. We find it has everything we need. Basics in the kitchen area but your not going to cook a three course meal on holiday so you have what you need. Staff do a great job cleaning the rooms every day. Towels change often. Thanks to all.

My wife and l have just returned from a last minute self catering booking at Lucia Villa were we found Lucia and her staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was cleaned every day with a change of towels, there was hot water available at all times. In a nice location above the resort, highly recommended.

Lucia villa is family run, and Lucia prides herself on giving guests the best experience possible, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms and towels were cleaned and changed every day, sheets every couple of days. Water always hot. Staff were equally efficient and polite. Although self catering, breakfast is available at extra cost. 10 mins walk into centre of Perissa, the beach, local supermarkets and bakery (cakes to die for). All in all a great stay, thanks we'll be back

Great place to stay in perissa. Ideal base to explore santorini. The room was basic but clean and had everything I needed ..air-conditioning and WiFi was available..the room was cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels left. Pool area small but again clean and sufficient. The beach/shops/restaurants only a 10 minute walk away..also very easy to catch the bus to fira. Bee at reception was so friendly and helpful as was the guy who cleaned the rooms and kept the place so clean. Would stay again x

Apartment was suitable for our needs. Situated a few minutes (maybe 10 ) walk to beach and bars. The pool area at apartments are okay not huge but we only spent 1/2 a day there as we chose to get a quad and travel the island. Staff on site were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely week in Perissa and used the local bus into Fira too. The sunset cruise was enjoyable to see the island too. Only downfall very commercialised only one bar with Greek music. Expensive too but a beautiful island.
