Astonishing Views from all angle of the Hotel! Friendly and Helpful receptionist Lydia and Handsome Barista who makes the best expresso! Sumptous Variety Breakfast Spreads, Able to skip Lunch type of buffet! Alll food are very yummies, complete sets meaning from starters, varieties main spread and theres even lots of desserts. Warning: Please go down for breakfast woth empty stomach! If need any confirmation from this hotel, you could rely on their super fast responses and quick guidance! Kuddos for the excellent services! Keep up the good work! Not to forget theres daily cleaning of rooms service provided!

The receptionist was friendly, and we immediately felt welcome. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is small, and the bathroom is very outdated. The shower is good. The hotel has two small swimming pools. The hotel is located right on the beach, and there are free beach beds that guests can use. The rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast is very good and offers plenty of choice.

Lovely, perfectly located hotel on the beach. All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Only went for a short three night break and was really impressed, we would not hesitate to go back and I’m sure we will. Only ten minutes from the airport, so ideal for a short stay. The hotel is a step from the pebble beach and offer waiter service for food and drinks. Breakfast was plentiful with the restaurant area set alongside the hotel pool. The hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops and around 5 minutes to the bus stop for Fira, which is €2 fare away. Overall we had a really nice stay, Santorini is a beautiful island and this hotel offers a perfect location to stay.

We stayed 2 nights at the Alesahne Hotel and were very happy. The hotel is very well located, on the beach with two pools but quiet. The staff is very helpful and charming, whether at reception or at breakfast... The manager took the time to print me the boarding passes for our return flight, for example. The rooms are very decent and clean. The only negative point is that the bathroom is really cramped, which is a shame!

Bit disappointed with this hotel. Good points: Great location right on the beach; hotel beach loungers; clean rooms & common areas; friendly staff especially the cleaners & poolside staff; good poolside menu. Bad points: we arrived very late due to flight delay - kitchen closed & we weren’t even offered a dry biscuit! Bizarrely given an upgrade for 2 nights (basically 1 day) & then had to move. I don’t think this was an upgrade, rather our room wasn’t available! Very inconvenient to have to repack; sea view wasn’t great; strange sewage smell in 2nd bathroom; breakfast was very average but waiters were lovely.

We decided to return to Alesahane for 10 nights. Last year, everything was perfect. This year, the manager was not up to par. When we arrived at the hotel, our room was unavailable, and we were directed to a hotel that didn't meet our expectations. Thank you for your assistance with relocation.
