Villa Irini Fira - Adults Only

The Villa Irini provides excellent amenities, a central location, and exceptional service. Guests enjoy a high-quality breakfast and commend the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

This hotel has unrivalled views, the rooms are nice and aesthetic. You really get the 'Santorini cave feel'. The hotel pool is also a nice size, again with a great view. The sunset is incredible. We paid €300+ per night. Unfortunately; Our room smelt of stagnant sewage / drainage throughout our stay. Our room had no hot water for 2/3 days. Our plunge pool turned our clothes (and nails) bright yellow. On raising these issues to the hotel manager an hour after checkout, the manager stated: 1. "The hot water is working now in your room" which felt accusatory and wasn't remotely helpful 2. "The drainage smell is because it is hard to manage drainage in the cliff" without apology 3. "We will pass on your issue of stained clothes and nails from the plunge pool to the maintenance man" No compensation, no understanding, absolutely no feeling of care. Raising these points was more than justified for any room. For nearly €700 over two nights it is shocking. A bare bones service that wants your money for poor quality, not the hassle that comes with it.
