We rent a honeymoon suite and it was okay. The hotels views is sunRISE not the sunset. We ordered from the room service some lunch and we waited 1h 30min to get them COLD. They didn't give us any discount or even apologize. There was sunbeds but a few of them was covered with rust and dust. Bed is soft and nice. Room was clean and nice cold from the AC. Hotels neighbourhood is not so nice. Very busy road (high way almost) and some trash barrels here and there. Not gonna recommend this hotel, sadly. :( It wasn't worth the money (and we paid same as is with the caldera views hotel).

Location is horrible. You're next to a very busy narrow road not to mentioned dangerous to walk anywhere. Bathroom has stains and have to climb over a big high nasty bathtub to take a shower. Kitchen very old and has not much to work with with. They charge you for water and other stuff high prices so if you don't have a car you either need taxi and they dont help you if you dont have cash. It was a horrible experience. Don't stay here the reception lady was rude. The breakfast lady was nice but you get very simple thing so don't expect much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. $$$ Well maintained property with beautiful and spacious rooms. Scenic views, in Imarovigli village. It’s east facing so not ideal if you wish to stay in room to enjoy the Santorini Sunset!

Un bel posto sicuramente ma tutto appena sufficiente. Colazione povera, reception aperta poche ore al giorno, appartamento (noi avevamo Hercules) sporco, c'erano formiche nei dintorni dell'angolo cottura, dotato in maniera scarsa di stoviglie e utensili per cucinare. Le pulizie nonostante fossero state richieste giornaliere sono state effettuate solo due volte in 6 giorni. Santorini è stupenda e siamo stati in appartamento solo per dormire quindi poco danno per noi ma se si vuole vivere la struttura meglio evitare.

Our family (4 generations, total of 11 people) stayed at the property for 5 days in 4 different rooms. Very large and clean rooms; exceptional customer service, good location (we had two cars and motorcycle) and just great overall experience for the money you are paying. In addition, they were very accommodating and even baked deserts for my son with celiac disease.
