very good hotel, amazing prices, within walking distance from everything except the beach, you have ti take a bus, however the bus stop is a 5 min walk. The owners were super nice and helpful. they had good cookies at the reception which were free

Great location Service and accommodation exceptional . All the staff are smiling and ultra friendly. Amazing outdoor swimming pool - kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels and big comfy loungers . It was hard to leave Definitely recommend this gem

Pros - Friendly welcome from reception - both reception lady’s we encountered were lovely. Spacious and clean room. Excellent pool area. Excellent location just 5 minute walk to the main square. Cons - no lift so difficult with luggage if on a first floor room. Uncomfortable mattress. Small cramped shower prone to flooding bathroom if not careful with the curtain.

Hotel familiar, muito agradável, limpo, iluminado, com quartos de bom tamanho, arejados, bem localizado, no centro da cidade, e atendimento nota 1000. Sabem informar sobre passeios e turismo. Pessoal muito simpático e prestativo. Excelente.

We had a very enjoyable stay here, very nice staff- accommodating and very generous. The pool is great, tidy rooms and decent sized bathroom. Comfy bed! Located super close to town centre only a 5 min walk.

Το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται ΕΠΕΙΓΌΝΤΩΣ ανακαίνιση!!! Απλά δεν δώσαμε πολλη σημασία στην κατάσταση των δωματίων για να μην χαλάσουμε τις διακοπές μας!!Στα θετικά για να μην αδικήσω κανέναν, είναι η ευγένεια από το προσωπικό της υποδοχής!Στα δωμάτια το προσωπικό καθαριότητας έμπαινε κάθε μέρα για αλλαγή πετσετών!Στα + θα προσθέσω την πισίνα,την κοντινή απόσταση στα αστικά και στο κέντρο και ότι το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει μεταφορικό μέσο για το αεροδρόμιο!! Αλλά δεν θα προσπεράσω σε καμία περίπτωση την άσχημη κατάσταση του ξενοδοχείου!Την κριτική την έκανα και για να προετοιμάσω τους επόμενους επισκέπτες για την κατάσταση, αλλά και για να κοιτάξουν οι ιδιοκτήτες να τακτοποιήσουν οπωσδήποτε την ιδιοκτησία τους, αφού φιλοξενούν επισκέπτες πρέπει με κάθε τρόπο οι φιλοξενούμενοι να μενούν ευχαριστημένοι και να ξέρουν ότι θα περάσουν τις διακοπές τους με αξιοπρέπεια,όλοι γνωρίζουν ότι δεν πηγαίνουν σε 5 αστερο ξενοδοχείο, αλλά τουλάχιστον να είναι σωστή η υποδομή και να χαίρεται ο επισκέπτης να χαλαρώνει τις ώρες που θα είναι στο δωμάτιο και όχι να λέει πώς και πώς να φύγω για να αισθανθώ καλύτερα!! Το μέρος είναι υπέροχο αλλά είναι κρίμα να μην υπάρχει μια αξιοπρεπή διαμονή για τους επισκέπτες!! Σαφώς με την παρούσα κατάσταση αν ήταν να πάω πάλι στην Σαντορίνη δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά για την διαμονή μου...

Siamo una coppia giovane per la nostra vacanza a Santorini abbiamo scelto questa struttura Impeccabile su tutto , la struttura è proprio al centro di Fira , molto pulita, servizio reception h 24 , piscina al top, camere fornite di tutto , cambio delle asciugamani e delle lenzuola viene fatto tutti i giorni ... Siamo stati davvero bene .
