Unser Urlaub in diesem Hotel auf Santorin war einfach traumhaft. Die Lage mit Blick auf die Pyrgos ist spektakulär, das Zimmer war sauber, stilvoll und sehr komfortabel. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein echtes Highlight war der Service – besonders Barkellner Stephanos. Mit seiner herzlichen Art und seinem Humor hat er jeden Tag an der Bar zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Man merkt, dass er seinen Job liebt. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cet hôtel est juste une pépite .. il n'y aura que des aspects positifs dans cet avis. Rien de négatif !! L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est adorable (nous avons eu contact surtout avec le barman et la femme de ménage qui étaient tout les 2 super gentils avec nous, au petit soin, professionels, au top). Les services sont royaux : petit déjeuner à la carte avec super qualité, prix généraux plus que raisonnables avec un café frappé à 3e par exemple, peignoirs, piscine, rafraîchissement à l'arrivée, marbre dans la salle de bain, super produits ... Quoi d'autre ? Une hygiène irréprochable, nous avons pu bénéficier d'un jacuzzi privé super propre, comme toute la chambre et tout l'hôtel. Nous n'y avons pas été mais vous avez aussi dans cet hôtel une salle de sport, un spa .. bref, le paradis. Nous degustions le petit déjeuner autour de la piscine de débordement douce, somptueuse. Des options vegan, ce qui fait plaisir. Et pour terminer la localisation parfaite : dans un petit village loins des sites touristiques, et malgré tout à 30mn maximum en quad des sites prisés ! Et rassurez vous, sur une île d'une beauté comme Santorin, vous ne voyez pas le trajet passer ! Petit + : quelques places devant l'hôtel pour vous garer ! Nous recommandons à 10000%

Beautiful hotel. Wish we had stayed for longer. Arrived late in the evening and kindly greeting by reception who gave us so much information on the island and Pyrgos itself. Provided us with a bus timetable, restaurant recommendations and the number of a local taxi firm. Our room was beyond our expectation. Lovely and spacious with good storage space. The hot tub and seating outside was as picture and the main pool was just as nice. Our first morning we were greeting by Steffanos who greeting us by name which I found a very nice person touch. Breakfast each day was excellent. Excellent location just a few minutes walk into the centre of Pyrgos with plenty of food restaurants and bars with some lovely sunset views. Went into Fira one night. Bus was €4 or €20 by taxi. Me and my partner couldn’t fault the hotel in anyway and hope to come back again very soon

This is our last day sadly, we do not want to leave! What a wonderful week at Alleys Hotel and Spa and couldn’t be happier with our stay. As a couple, we were looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape – and this place exceeded all expectations. We stayed in a gorgeous suite that came with a separate dining area, a private terrace, and our very own hot tub – absolute bliss! The room was incredibly spacious, finished to a very high standard, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Breakfast each morning was a real treat – a fantastic selection with something for everyone, fresh and beautifully presented. We also loved spending time at the pool bar, where the cocktails were just perfect – a great spot to enjoy the sun and relax in style. Overall, Alleys Hotel and Spa delivered an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway, we can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be back. A huge thank you to the entire Alleys team for making our trip extra special. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference – we truly felt looked after from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay at Alley Hotel in Pyrgos, Santorini (June 7-9, 2025)! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and each features a private jacuzzi on the balcony — perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. Special thanks to the lovely and courteous Nikoleta at reception for her warm welcome, and to Stefanos at breakfast for his outstanding service. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of fresh and tasty options. We highly recommend Alley Hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay — we can’t wait to come back! Despoina & George

Amazing 5-Star Experience – Exceptional Service, Private Pool & Birthday Surprise We had a wonderful 5-star stay! The service was truly exceptional – better than anywhere we’ve ever been. The staff was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. They even helped me celebrate my partner’s birthday with balloons and wine in the room – such a thoughtful and personal touch! The private pool was cozy, fun, and added so much to the experience. The entire hotel beautifully maintained, and full of comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-level, heartwarming getaway.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour, le personnel est très agréable et très professionnel, les chambres et le jaccuzi sont très biens. Et la nourriture du restaurant de l’hôtel est excellente. Le petit déjeuner est excellent aussi Tout était PARFAIT !
