A very welcoming and attentive service team.
A beautiful swimming pool in a quiet place and a good location
Nevertheless the comfort of the room is quite basic but with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool.
A very good quality/price ratio.

It was close to the red sand beach and a shop but that is about all its close too my bed was literally a mattress on pallets definitely doesn't look like the pictures staff was friendly

Περάσαμε τέλεια, πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο και με πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και τα γεύματα στο εστιατόριο θεσπέσια. ιδανικό για οικογένειες καθώς διαθέτει τεράστια πισίνα και διαμερίσματα 2 επιπέδων. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και πεντακάθαρο. Θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα , ελπίζω να το επισκεφτούμε και του χρόνου!

We didn’t stay at the resort but ate at the restaurant a couple of times and voula was excellent . She was so friendly attentive and lovely . The meals were great !

We didn’t stay at the resort but we visited the restaurant/bar a few times during our stay. We really enjoyed the food/drinks/hospitality. That was mainly down to Vula who was fabulous and really efficient. It didn’t matter how busy the place got (and at times it was very busy) she always had time for a quick chat whilst making sure nobody else was waiting. And even if we turned up quite late before her shift was due to finish, she made sure we were served and had everything we needed. She was a fine example of Greek charm and hospitality and a credit to her employers. Thank you Vula. From Amanda and Joe (London).

It was the first time for us visiting Santorini. The experience was not good at all. We found two big cockroaches in the room. The room did not smell good. We bought all inclusive and at the end they said it was only full board and we had to pay for the drinks. They showed the tickets on the last day of our trip without saying that we had to pay for it on the first day. The guy was rude during the holidays. Also, if you want to rest do not book this hotel because it is very noisy at night and in the morning too. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Breakfast was poor and same everyday. Shower is too small and our stay here was not pleasant.

I can't put in words how much we enjoyed our stay here . The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The cleanliness was fantastic, we were welcomed and made to feel so at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. The grounds were beautiful, the swimming pool was very clean a d inviting. The food was excellent aswell. Going back next year.
