The hotel room is beautiful, with a warm pool overlooking the Aegean Sea and the crater. The hotel staff are very friendly and even help us with our luggage😄, the breakfast is also delicious, highly recommended!

The complex is far downhill from the bus stop, taxi stand, and shuttle stop. The wife gets lost.

The room was a cave, so there were no windows, and the dehumidifier ran out in the middle of the night when it was full. Maybe it's damp.
The room key is an analog one, turned three times and returned once. It was difficult because there was no prior explanation.

Rather bizarre design of rooms as built into cliff edge so, essentially, they’re caves. Bizarre bathrooms. Breathtaking views. Only eight (I think) rooms so very boutique. Appears to be owned by the restaurant above. Flakey/no internet service for a few days. Affected all rooms. Eventually fixed. Athina is the first room you come to and has a small outdoor spa but no real privacy. The aircon made sporadic awful noises during night and so they moved us to a larger room, which was appreciated. (Another couple were moved into this room later that day. And then they moved the following day too). Woken up early in the morning from the restaurant setting up above. Although, to be honest, the donkeys outside woke us up most mornings first (which is a kinda funny life experience). The two guy staff members were very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. Breakfast was delivered to the rooms each morning around 9am and it was a pleasure to sit out on your small outdoor area eating while taking in the spectacular view. Restaurant upstairs gives residents 20% discount. And it’ great too. Fab food, service and views.

This was my third trip to Santorini and first stay at this property and it has certainly been the best of all my experiences. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Minos at front desk is helpful and knowledgeable and Dimos who cooks and serves breakfast to your room is great. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for anyone there. The rooms are fabulous, the plunge pool is refreshing and has spectacular views of the Caldera. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location with fabulous views and excellent service. For those with accessibility issues, there are quite a few steps down to this hotel as with many on the island. We had large suitcases but the staff carried them to the bus depot for us for a reasonable fee which was well worth it!! Can’t say enough could things about this hotel, truly a memorable vacation :)

This boutique hotel is in a prime location in Fira with its rooms having a marvellous sea view and the view of the caldera.
Its restaurant which is above the rooms is top notch in service as well as offering a good range of Greek and European cuisine. Sunset dinners there has been a must for us (discount given for hotel guests).
Our stay was made memorable by the excellent service provided by its staff especially Dimos who took care of our needs as well as serving us daily breakfast in our room.
The climb of steps can be a real challenge especially for those with heavy luggage and for the elderly. This hotel is about 400m from the car drop-off point so I will suggest that one needs to make prior arrangements with the hotel if help is needed.
