I stayed here because it was close to the airport.
The reception was good.
I could have booked a taxi for you.
The room was clean, but there were few amenities and the water was salty. I think it's probably a geographical issue.

Even though this was right next to the airport, which is the reason we chose it for an early flight, this spa like environment was absolutely heaven. The perfect ending of a two week trip!

Che dire... Un incanto... E' resort composto da bungalow immerso nei fiori ...La nostra camera executive era molto grande, con finiture raffinate, pulitissima e molto accogliente. Era al primo piano con una visita incantevole . Consiglio i piani alti perché a piano terra non c'è lo stesso panorama. La piscina è fenomenale, dal design molto articolato ed originale incorniciato tra le palme. Personale molto attento, disponibile e cordiale . Tutto è sempre perfetto. I ragazzi della piscina,bar ristorante sono efficientissimi e molto gentili. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante bordo piscina ...una favola ... Tutte le aree comuni sono molto curate e di buon gusto. La struttura del bar-ristorante è molto fashion ed accogliente. La spiaggia attrezzata con i letti più grandi che abbia mai visto è di ciottoli neri. Il punto di mare è pulito,ma i ciottoli neri non conferiscono alla spiaggia un aspetto affascinante quanto la piscina...ma questa è la natura ... La colazione ? C'è da perdersi... Dal salmone all' insalata greca, dai pancake -fatti al momento- alle uova fatte in diversi modi ... Marmellate e frutta. Manca forse un po' la scelta nei dolci ... Per ultima, ma non ultima l' accoglienza...wow quei ragazzi ci sanno proprio fare. Carini, cortesi ,sorridenti ed efficientissimi. Molto attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Deniel Chi ha accompagnato al nostro bungalow, è un ragazzo molto estroverso, solare ed empatico. Quando ci ha fatto accomodare nella camera si è visto l'orgoglio nel presentare una così bella sistemazione. I bagagli? Ci pensano tutto loro...li trovi direttamente in camera. Unica pecca, gli consiglio vivamente di cambiare la ditta che fornisce il servizio rent car... Poco affabili, ci hanno dato una macchina diversa da quella chiesta e malconcia. Molto lucrosi, ci hanno chiesto 20 euro in più per rendere la macchina all' aeroporto invece che al resort, perché? Davvero non lo so ..il resort è attaccato all' areoporto...vedi gli aerei atterrare . A proposito dell'aeroporto, anche se l'aeroporto è vicino non disturba per niente. Ovviamente è un po' si sente ma non disturba più di tanto. Ahh... dimenticavo..la spa , sì c'è perfino con piscina a coperto, bagno turco, sauna e doccia emozionale. ... Un paradiso... Ve lo consiglio vivamente. P.s c'è anche un campo da tennis 🎾

Disappointing Stay at a 5-Star Hotel - Unacceptable Lack of Cooling Solutions

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this 5-star hotel, which failed to meet my expectations in a significant way. Despite paying a premium price, the room's air conditioning was not working, making my stay unbearable.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff was unable to provide a satisfactory alternative cooling solution. I requested fans multiple times (at least 10 requests), but they only provided one fan, despite my request for five. This was unacceptable, especially considering the high price point of the hotel.
The hotel's inability to provide a comfortable temperature in the room made my three-night stay unbearable. I was disappointed in the staff's lack of effort to resolve the issue and their unapologetic attitude.
- Non-functional air conditioning in both villas
- Inadequate alternative cooling solutions
- Poor staff response to requests
- Unacceptable for a 5-star hotel
Unless the hotel addresses this issue and provides adequate cooling solutions, I would not recommend it to anyone. For a 5-star hotel, this is a basic expectation that was not met.
