Trato muy familiar y acogedor, hasta el punto de guardarnos las maletas y dejarnos utilizar las instalaciones hasta que nos recogieron a las 7 de la tarde. Muy limpio y cómodo, bien situado. Por poner una pega: cortina en la ducha. Por todo lo demás, estupendo.

We were so thankful for this place! Even tho the view of the water was minimal and the shower drainage struggled a bit, we still loved our stay. Breakfast was good, the staff was so welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location was great! It felt like the lady who owned the place actually wanted us to be there and enjoy our stay!

A nice place not far from the city center but a little outdated. Room just right in size with a bathroom also dated from the 70s. The rooms upstairs are only accessible by stairs but some offer beautiful views of the swimming pool. The exteriors are nice.

We stayed in this family running hotel for three nights with my friends and we had a lovely experience. First of all the hotel is located only 10 minutes from the airport (with car) and 5 minutes walking from the main square, shops and restaurants. Also the main bus station is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel making it a great choice if you want to visit other areas of the island. The room was very spacious, clean and had a very needed aircondition. It was cleaned everyday. The only downfall, it was that the shower was very tiny and the curtain was sticking on you, resulting on water everywhere. However this was a minor issue comparing to the general experience. The pool was big and clean and were enough sunbeds for everyone. The other major asset of this hotel, was its owner mrs Haroula! She was a great host, very friendly and informative. She was caring and making it sure that we would have an unforgettable island experience. All the staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

We only spent one night but that night was terrible. This hotel is to be avoided, for an excessive price, we had very old rooms with degraded equipment. The broken toilet flush, the sink faucet that wanders, a shower curtain that is too small, the soft mattress, the dirty and unironed sheets, the broken lock lever, the unwashed mirror and a detestable smell of sewer, papers under the bed... We are not talking about the wifi, we were warned by other comments. There is not even the minimum comfort (not enough to make a breakfast) and I doubt that the size of the room is what was indicated (around 9m2 instead of 15m2 indicated). Owners are hateful, no response to messages, not able to print an invoice with the correct name. It is excessively expensive for a very mediocre service, breakfast not even being included. The only positive points are the swimming pool and the proximity to the center of Fira, which for them justifies completely inappropriate prices... Terrible experience...

They are friendly….. up to two hours before you check out. To start, check out is 11 am. At least that's what they told us. They allow you to leave suitcases but you cannot leave that small corner to be able to take something out comfortably. They don't allow you to sit in the lobby and you have to be in a space that has no shade. My children were in the pool but they don't have a changing table, that is, they have to change where they leave their suitcases (super small space). And we asked them to heat up some meals that we had before leaving and they said no in a bad way. If they tell you everything in a kind way, you can understand it but being told in a rude way is not tolerable.

Great location within walking distance of everything, very comfortable rooms with nice balcony. The pool was lovely too, warm with plenty of loungers. Great air-con also. Rooms kept nice and tidy daily. Maria and Lewis were fantastic hosts.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, central to shops & restaurants, 5 minute walk to Fira Town & bus stop, good breakfast, room spacious & cleaned every day, very reasonably priced for 4 night B & B, would highly recommend this to family and friends.
