A beautiful hotel, the rooms are very nice. Exemplary cleanliness, cleaning done every day. Beautiful swimming pool. Free parking. Located 20 minutes from Fira on foot.

Nice hotel for stay, breakfast not included you need to pay extra €10 per person and average breakfast. Regarding hotel and room all Ok.

Wow what can I say about villa Livadaros … it’s AMAZING.🌴❤️Anastasia made sure everything was perfect, the room is spotlessly clean, the pool area is WOW… honestly the nicest place i have ever stayed with the most gracious host- thank you for welcoming us so lovely into your wonderful villa livadaros we will definitely be returning. Perfect location for buses to both Fira and Oia and it’s rounded by beautiful buildings xx

Highly recommend this accommodation, good value, lovely breakfast , clean and friendly staff and family owners that care . We really enjoyed our week here close to the town and a good bus service to Fira or a good walk in is possible. Pool Area very nice to relax and unwind also .

Genial. Teníamos un apartamento con 2 habitaciones dobles. Con tv mesa y armario independiente. Cocina con nevera y cafetera. Y baño. Terraza con mesa donde se.puede fumar. Es muy limpio. Desayuno buffet correctisimo. Esta a 10 minutos de la parada de autobús y a 25 de Fira andando. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Para moverse por Santorini hay infinidad de autobuses por 2 euros desde Fira

We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was exactly what we needed! Safe, clean and quiet. Reception is open randomly but the manager is very reachable via what’s app. The villa offer a very reasonable transfer from the airport €25. All taxi rides in Santorini are €35 no matter how near or far you are going. The villa is quite near to some local supermarkets and restaurants. To get to these you have to walk on roads without pavements, and we did fear for our lives on many occasions. The supermarkets are great but the restaurants I have to say are far from good. Fira is not too far away so definitely eat there. You can walk there if you’re ok walking 30 minutes in the heat, or catch the bus for €2. The villa has lots of unique touches and I thought these were so sweet. The maid we had was absolutely adorable. Her English wasn’t great but she tried so hard to communicate with us and she was always smiling. The pool was clean and always quiet! The only negatives were, the WiFi was a bit hit and miss, and the shower was mainly cold. If the breakfast was rated on effort it would have been 10/10. The couple making it were super cute. The selection offered was a tad strange but perfectly edible.
