The building is new, the room is clean, and you can see the sea from the balcony. However, the hotel is about 30 minutes walk from the town of Fira, and although there is a bus stop about 10 minutes walk away, I thought it would be inconvenient for travelers without a rental car.

A beautiful hotel, the rooms are very nice. Exemplary cleanliness, cleaning done every day. Beautiful swimming pool. Free parking. Located 20 minutes from Fira on foot.

Nice hotel for stay, breakfast not included you need to pay extra €10 per person and average breakfast. Regarding hotel and room all Ok.

Wow what can I say about villa Livadaros … it’s AMAZING.🌴❤️Anastasia made sure everything was perfect, the room is spotlessly clean, the pool area is WOW… honestly the nicest place i have ever stayed with the most gracious host- thank you for welcoming us so lovely into your wonderful villa livadaros we will definitely be returning. Perfect location for buses to both Fira and Oia and it’s rounded by beautiful buildings xx
