The hotel staff was waiting at the door early to help us with our luggage. Marina at the front desk was very friendly and helped us point out the routes and time required for each attraction on the map. The breakfast had a variety of choices and was very delicious. The room was clean and tidy, and there was a terrace. The scenery of the hotel was also beautiful. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel that can go to Fira town. It’s a 3-5 minute walk to the blue roofs where you can take photos and check in. You can also watch the sunset from the hotel, but we went to the best sunset spot in Oia. After watching the sunset, the walk to the hotel is full of beautiful scenery. There are also restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel, which is very convenient. The most praiseworthy thing is the high quality of the hotel staff. When I left the hotel on the morning of the 13th, my passport and euro wallet were left in the room. The staff there saw me and ran all the way to my car to deliver my passport and wallet. I am so grateful. I didn't have time to ask the employee's name at that time, which is a bit regrettable. But I will go there again in the future. In short, I highly recommend it to everyone.

We are sitting in the lobby waiting for a taxi to the airport and wanted to make sure we wrote this review very quickly. Our stay here has been absolutely amazing! Our two room villa was beautiful with amazing views. The staff, particularly Dimitris, were so friendly and helpful. Dimitris helped plan our days, which were fabulous. All four of us would stay here again. Highly recommend Niko’s Villas.

The staff at Nikos Villas were warm, friendly & helpful. My husband & I loved the location with beautiful views of the caldera while relaxing on their terrace by the pool & bar or sitting on our private balcony. We were able to opt for delicious breakfast choices that would be delivered to our own little patio terrace while enjoying the fresh air and scenery. The location is very convenient to the walking path along the caldera, to restaurants, to town (15 min walk) & to the public buses which stop in front of the hotel.
The only negative issue about this facility would be the confined shower setup for people who are very large or tall. There are no shower doors so the entire bathroom may get wet! Other than that I would highly recommend this facility.

My family and I loved our stay here. Absolutely perfect location for breathtaking views slightly away from the bustle of Oia. 15 min walk to Oia. Across the street from city bus stop to Fira. Room was super clean. Delicious breakfast delivered to our terrace every morning. Pool was large and refreshing. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Highly recommended!!!

We loved our stay at Nikos. The staff was excellent and took great care of us from the very beginning of checking in to check out. The only negative thing is our bed wasn’t very comfortable. Once you would walk outside your room and see your view you would forget all about the bed. With that being said I would stay there again and again!
