There are many steps and the service is pretty good, but the price/performance ratio is not high compared to the price.

Try friendly staff and a truly beautiful hotel with breathtaking views! The stairs are a killer but worth the stay. Breakfast staff can get a little confused and they seem overwhelmed. The bar team are out of this world and go above and beyond with their service. Great stay overall!!

Everything about our stay at Santorini Secrets was amazing! Our view, the private pool, the room, the amazing restaurant. Couldn't have been happier. The staff were exceptional as well. Whenever we needed something they were quick to respond. Fantastic stay!

Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable dans cet hôtel, avec une vue incroyable sur la Caldeira, un jacuzzi privé. Prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse de notre chambre était magnifique. Les services de l’hôtel sont au top et le personnel aux petits soins.

Best hotel in santorini. Room service a bit slow. They have upgraded to having everything being done online now. Had the pool suite which is heated and has excellent views. Breakfast is delicious. Will come back for villa suite which i believe is kid friendly.

I opted for the Secrets hotel based on the many positive reviews I’d read. It had to be perfect as I was proposing to my partner whilst in Santorini. The hotel and staff were phenomenal. Everyone we met at the hotel was extremely friendly and upon our arrival were very welcoming. The room was exceptional with breathtaking views. The food was top quality and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast! I can’t thank the staff from the hotel enough for making our stay nothing short of perfect! 10/10!

This was the loveliest of place we stayed at in Santorini. The location, restaurant, facilities and especially the staff made this place memorable. Once you stay at Santorini Secret Suites and Spa, you will be family.
