Room not cleaned upon arrival (hair and dirt on the toilets seat, sofa with black spots on it, bed sheets with blood). Wrong guest name sent by the hotel to the transfer service. It took 45 min to find the right van at the port. Hot thub not usable for 1.5 days and still dirty after cleaning. Pool not usable for 2 days. Power outage in the room in the middle of the night shutting of the AC and triggering the emergency light, lasted 1 day. Water shortage in the room for 1 day. Table on the retrace but no chairs to sit on. Breakfast not served at this hotel (but at a 7 min walk). While checking in the hotel manager is trying to sell you tours. No monetary compensation offered even if y we listed all the inconveniences we experienced during our 3 nights stay. Even for Santorini, it is not acceptable for a 5*, 500€+ rate hotel.
