The most valuable thing about the hotel room was the safe, which was broken. Cleanliness was average, just like the bungalow I lived in back home. The stairs were so difficult to climb, and with my family, we had to take the elevator up and down. At 2,100 euros per night, it wasn't up to par with a three-star hotel in China. Pros: The view is stunning, and there are three swimming pools, but the water is quite cold. Breakfast is 18 euros per person. Children 7 and older are free. I ate there two days, and the surrounding supermarkets only open around 6 pm or 12 am, which makes for a very slow pace. There's a small supermarket nearby, and six bottles of water are 2.40 euros. The room came with two bottles of mineral water. I dined at the hotel on my first night for 160 euros, which was average value, but we had the most beautiful sunset. It's all about the mood. I won't be staying at this hotel again! The nearby restaurants are excellent and offer much better value than the hotel. It's around 30 euros per person. By the way, a taxi from the airport to the hotel is around 35 euros. A 5% service tip is expected.

Even though it was before check-in time, they showed me to a room early for me while I was waiting. All staff are active and friendly. Above all, the breakfast and spa massage were fantastic.

Very good location in the city Imerovigli - closed to center of city but with amazing view on caldera. Staff was good and helpful. Hotel is big, so sometime it is not easy to find the room when you are "tired" after the dinner ;) They have amazing swim pool!

Extremely rude staff, communal pool areas dirty and not enjoyable to sit in, as well as worst ‘buffet’ (that’s a stretch) breakfast I’ve ever had.

WOW what an incredible place to stay every member of staff are so polite friendly hoppy to help, we came for a family members wedding 16 of us and the chap bless he took all of our cases and delivered them to our rooms. We were a little bit apprehensive going due to having two young children 4 & 1 but they did everything to make sure they felt welcomed and was great they loved the Pool ( not used to cold pools but it was super refreshing) the rooms were clean tidy and smelt amazing 🤩 cleaned daily. Food breakfast nice variety different daily and lunch wow incredible. 10/10 for this hotel definitely on the list for coming back to. Especially for that view best in the caldera I would say . The pictures don’t do it justice hotel or the views

This was the worst stay of my life – dramatic conditions, no response from the hotel, and a real threat to my child’s health. On the second day we discovered cockroaches in the room, which was scandalous for a hotel of this class. The staff came at 11:00 p.m. to kill the bugs, offered to “clean up” and said we could stay in the room. We refused – my child was terrified, and we were moved to a room without a jacuzzi, without the amenities I had paid for. The reception staff were arrogant and did not even help us with our luggage. Then we were given another room – noisy, next to a utility room. A sleepless night, a child in tears, and the “jacuzzi” turned out to be a small paddling pool shared with 3 other rooms, with no private space at all. There was no parasol provided for my sister, who is ill with cancer – despite many requests, there was zero empathy. The culmination was the situation on July 22, when my child was ****** onto an unprotected grate in the jacuzzi. We had to pull him away by force. It ended with a hospital visit, X-ray, and an extensive subcutaneous hematoma. We reported it – only a staff member came with a spray for burns (!). No assistance, no reaction whatsoever. We had to change rooms 3 times, experiencing stress, pain, and danger to my child’s life. This stay was supposed to be a dream come true, but it was a nightmare. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The hotel does not meet any safety standards nor show honesty towards its guests.
