Even though it was before check-in time, they showed me to a room early for me while I was waiting. All staff are active and friendly. Above all, the breakfast and spa massage were fantastic.

Very good location in the city Imerovigli - closed to center of city but with amazing view on caldera. Staff was good and helpful. Hotel is big, so sometime it is not easy to find the room when you are "tired" after the dinner ;) They have amazing swim pool!

We got married at Andromeda and was amazed at the venue Could not fault the staff in any way they were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. We also stayed two nights at the hotel and again the hotel room was immaculate and very modern. The lady who came to clean the room was very friendly and polite. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning you do have to pay a charge for the breakfast to come to your room but it’s definitely worth it to have on your balcony looking at that stunning view. There is quite a few steps to get up and down the venue due to it being on a cliff but there is also two lifts to use for most of the stairs. 100% recommend this venue and hotel

Mycket fint hotell, men stort för området.
Mycket fint hotell med alla faciliteter och fina rum. Vårt rum hade tyvärr lite fuktskador i badrummet i form av fläckar (mögel?), annars mycket fint. Detta är ett stort hotell för området så vill man ha ett litet mysigare hotell med få rum så ska man inte välja detta.

View and interior design is nice, very clean room and nice breakfast, tho may not easy to park and require a 5-10 mins walk of steep road, be aware of you have many luggage. Only few stores and restaurant nearby, but I will say it worth the stay for its sunset view and chill vibe of the room!

The view is amazing. April was not too hot so perfect climate. Upon arrival the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The villas are spread out up and down the cliff. So be ware if you have walking difficulties. Our room was high up which gives you the best views. Rooms are small but clean. Little terrace looking out to sea. The pool area is on a lower level and is not heated so very cold. The pool bar is nice and friendly staff. The food was lovely here. There are more sunbeds and a small plunge pool on another level up from the main pool. If it was peak season I don’t think there would be enough sunbeds for all the guests. Towels are provided. There was a wedding one day in the hotel which looked lovely however the main restaurant was closed due to the wedding which we were not informed of. There is a walk way from the hotel that you can go explore the island in both directions however be mindful of footwear as the path is very un even and steep at times. There are a few mini markets close by and also a carre four larger supermarket about 15 mins walk. The rooms have a small fridge to keep water etc in. The rooms are all close together , you need to cross over other guests terrace to reach your own room. Also you can hear people next door so be ware if like us we had a large noisy group arrive one day. There are few restaurants within walking distance. Santorini is very expensive. On average €10 a wine or beer and about €25-€40 for a main meal.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience, especially at the restaurant bar. I want to give a special mention to Manolis and his colleagues, who truly went above and beyond with their customer service. Manolis was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional—he made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. He and his team consistently ensured everything was perfect and really added a personal touch to my stay. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and I sincerely appreciate the effort they put in to make my visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Despite some cold windy weather we had a lovely stay at Andromeda. The views were amazing, the food was delicious and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. Actually, it was the staff that made our stay. They were approachable, friendly, dedicated and professional.
