房間環境和景色整體不錯，但服務真的很惡劣，酒店在半山腰，車無法到達酒店，需要在山上爬上爬下，入住和離開時雖然理論上都應該有人幫忙拿行李，但實際服務態度非常惡劣，不會講英語，交流困難，且衹負責拿兩個行李，剩下的行李需自己搬運，可自行想象領着行李爬山的感覺…離開時，行李衹會放在車可以到達的酒店門口，車開上來的話，就需要跟別的酒店溝通幫忙打開抬桿，自己的酒店是不會管的…總而言之是非常差的一次體驗，不推薦

Conveniently located in the city center. The staff helped with any needs we raised. They helped bring our luggage from the taxi drop off to the hotel, and to the taxi on the day we left. The view is stunning! Bathroom is very clean. Overall had a great time.

Stunning views!!! Waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to the sunset was pure magic—every photo looked like a postcard! with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Falling asleep to the sound of waves was incredibly soothing.

Beautiful!! We loved it!! We spent a lovely few days at the beautiful Golden Grey Goose Hotel in Fira, April 2025. They arranged the pick up from the airport...the driver was great. Our luggage was carried to the apartment...there's a lot stairs in Santorini LOL. Many thanks to the gentleman who carried our luggage. We got an early check-in which was wonderful since we arrived at 9:00 a.m. Georgios (George) provided us with his mobile number. We were able to communicate with him fast and easy. He recommended a few places...restaurants, beaches, tours etc... The staff, including the driver, were polite, helpful, and so kind. They were attentive and responsive to any requests. Check-out was easy and quick. The gentleman was on time, 6:00 a.m., (we had an early flight) to carry our luggage up the many stairs to the car....thank you. We had an amazing stay here! Very clean. Location is perfect. Delicious breakfast, which was included and delivered every morning. Amazing views from our private terrace (with hot tub). Hospitality top notch. Highly recommend!! We spent a lovely few days at the Golden Grey Goose in April 2025. They arranged the pick up from the airport and our luggage was carried to the apartment… (there are a lot of stairs lol). We got an early check-in which was awesome since we arrived at 9 a.m. And check-out was easy and quick. We checked out at 6 a.m. since we had an early flight. The gentleman was on time to carry our luggage to the car. Georgios (George) provided us with his mobile number, we were able to communicate with him fast and easy. He also recommended a few locations… restaurants, beaches, tours, etc… The service was great! The staff, including the driver, are polite, helpful and so kind.
We had an amazing stay here. Hospitality is top-notch. Location is perfect. Highly recommend!
