No staffing on the property.. our linen was never changed.. horrible internet service.. our room was very moist but I'm sure it was from the indoor pool.. there wasn't any tv service

The unit is very spacious for a family of 4. We love the cove style. The walls are extremely thick. We can’t hear one single sound from outside. Perfect stay!

The suite itself was a cave-like beauty! Loved the look of it. But, we had booked a 2 bedroom suite with a private pool, only to arrive there to find out there were no private pools ar the property, only hot tubs and a pool for everyone at the top. That was the only area with a slight ocean view. We wete 4 people and there were only a couple of glasses and no silverware to use when breakfast was brought to us in the morning to spread jams, eat the yogurt, etc!
The place was VERY had to find. It did not have any on-site parking. Public parking was available for a distance away, which not fun to get to with luggage.
We did like the suite, beds were very comfortable, and it was located close to the shops, etc. The pool area had around 4 umbrellas, most of which were broken., and the pool was cloudy.

The room we reserved had a bathtub inside but that’s the only positive thing I could say. It’s a cave room (like all hotels in Santorini) but NO windows and was very claustrophobic. The property old with chipped areas and noisy. NO views. It was so bad we had to leave the next morning.

This hotel is incredible, so luxurious and the location is perfect! Not even a 5 min walk and you are in the centre of Fira with access to everything. It is based so close but yet just by being a few mins walk the hotel is perfectly quiet unlike some slightly closer. Such a good base for exploring everything Fira has to offer. Rooms are so comfortable, bedding amazing, dressing gowns, slippers, other room amenities all provided. Breakfast is delivered every morning and it’s prepared beautifully and so fresh. Rooms are cleaned everyday and bed made fresh. The rooftop pool is a lovely extra to have meaning you can combine this break with some chill time also. We loved our stay and would recommend anyone visiting to stay here it’s perfect!

Lovely little boutique in a brilliant location. Close to the Fira centre however far away enough to have some privacy. Gorgeous cave rooms with comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. Breakfast was sweet but pretty basic. Staff were very kind (& even came to collect us and our bags from the nearest road) and helpful with restaurant recommendations. We booked the 2 bedroom cave with a jacuzzi but unfortunately i would not recommend this at all! The hot tub is really really noisy, even when not in use. We didnt manage to sleep at all the 3 nights due to the noise. We even asked to have it completely switched off but the boutique said this was not possible.
