The room was perfect and all facilities worked. The free luggage service was very thoughtful and needed because it was a long walk up the stairs to the hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful area.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We stayed here for our honeymoon in 2017 and were so excited to return. The hotel is located on the side of the caldera just steps away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Oia, but because of its location, as soon as you turn the corner of the caldera, it is quiet and peaceful even when downtown is absolutely mobbed. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The pool is stunning and one of the few that is that size, and also has a grotto so you can get out of the sun, and also has a stunning view of the sea, the Byzantine Steps and some gorgeous ruins. The proximity to Ammoudi Bay is another added bonus as some of our favorite lunch spots are down there. The entire island comes to the top of the caldera to watch the sunset, and as guests of the hotel, you have a prime view from the pool, the rooftop, or your private hot tub. The staff are also absolutely lovely and accommodating. If you are looking for a gorgeous, beautifully maintained relaxing hotel, look no further and book this one. Our favorite room is Superior Cave Suite 216.

Beautiful breath taking place. Perched on the side of a mountain yet somehow close to every thing with exceptional service and amenities. Allah and Bella at the front desk are so helpful arranging everything. Big smiles. Very helpful and attentive. George in the kitchen - unbelievably engaging - and wanting to ensure your trip is perfect. I rarely if ever leave reviews but this team and setting is exceptional. A must stay!

16 - 23 giugno 2025 .Personale efficiente e gentile (Bella ed Ealee in ricezione, George in cucina) . Camera luminosa e spaziosa, ma con un solo specchio inagibile . Magnifica vista sulla Caldera . Prima colazione modesta. Piscina piccola e semi-incassata, priva di doccia. Per arrivare alla camera 111 occorre salire 40 gradini, per arrivare a Oia occorre salire 172 gradini, tutti in pietra, alti e scivolosi !! Non vale € 600 a notte, nemmeno un terzo .

The location in Oia is amazing. The hotel views of the sunset were great and the location was convenient to all the shopping. The hotel staff were kind and helpful throughout. Having a porter to carry luggage was a great perk of staying at this hotel. There are a lot of steps to get to and from the hotel. Be prepared for the steps if choosing this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at the Volcano View Villa & had a fantastic time. The villa is very spacious with two floors, nicely decorated, and offer a gorgeous view of the caldera. Convenient location to dining, shopping and transportation.
The hotel staff is tremendously welcoming & make us feel at home.
Overall a five-star experience. Will recommed to friends.
