Reception service is bad. Only lip service but never provide solution. Restaurant food quality is good as well as the waiters.

ホテルはとても可愛くて綺麗で最高でした！
フィラから歩いて15分くらいですが、重い荷物があると大変です。
フィラ行きのバスがあまりないので心配になりますが、待ってれば来ました！
毎朝海を眺めながら過ごせて幸せでした

Przepiękne ville. Z każdego pokoju widać cudowny zachód słońca. Pokoje są dobrze wyposażone, duże łazienki. Znajdziesz wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Obsługa bardzo szybko odpowiada na whatsapp.
Mimo całkiem dużego obłożenia pokoi na badanie głównym przebywało bardzo mało ludzi, co jest plusem bo nie trzeba było walczyć o przepiękne łóżka. Jedyny minus basenu - woda była lodowata.
Śniadania serwowane ala carte. Bardzo smaczne.
Obsługa bardzo miła.

ロケーションもサービスも朝食も素晴らしい！
お部屋
写真通りの広さ、綺麗さ。そしてシャワーは透明のガラス扉が付いていて、水が飛び散らなくて良かったです。
他の洞窟ホテルでは、扉がついていないことから洗面室までベタベタになってしまったため、このホテルのお部屋はとてもGOODでした。
食事
朝食付きで予約をしていましたが、朝食会場のロケーションも最高で、メニューも豊富です。
特にギリシャヨーグルトとサラダは格別でした。
ホテルの朝食の味のレベルがかなり高く驚きでした！
サービス
スタッフの皆さん、愛想が良くとても親切にしてくれました。
Danaまでは急な階段道が続くため、上の道から荷物運びを手伝ってくれます。かなり重たいキャリーでしたが、お手伝いしていただきありがとうございました！
総じて素晴らしい滞在になりました。

我們住的家庭房，是一個小小的loft，開窗就可以看到大海，並且酒店上面是餐廳一條街，特別方便。酒店會派人幫你搬行李，並且有額外的付費接送機服務（是奔馳商務），太方便我們了！
另外酒店有一個無邊泳池，如果夏天來一定要帶一件泳衣感受下背朝大海的快樂！早餐種類十分豐富，也很好吃。
