Elessa Hotel - Adults Only

Don’t waste your time going, this is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were awfully rude and so unhelpful, the food was disgusting. I asked for a refund and they denied 3 times because I didn’t book ‘non refundable’ absolutely joke and greedy owners

Amazing view and position 

The first thing I need to say is, just how FRIENDLY the staff are! Maria and the whole team were so welcoming! Upon arrival (we were a little early) Maria allowed us to sit whilst she dealt with some other patrons. She told us all about the room, the hotel, the area (Pyrgos is a traditional village) and things we had to do as options available to us. We wanted to visit Oia but didn't have the confidence to drive ourselves, so she arranged a transfer for us. Quick and simple and off we went. Vangellis (I hope I spelt your name properly) and his bar and restaurant team were top tier, always attentive, bringing drinks to you poolside, ready to take your breakfast orders etc. The hotel is set near the top of the hill and you can see over the town below and if you're a plane enthusiast like me, you can see the airport. It's not as intrusive as that 1 bad review suggests (nor is the music for that matter, played by the pool). All in all, we would definitely go back for another visit, I just hope for my personal sake it's not in the middle of a heatwave again (temps between 33 and 35 every day we were there).

I honestly have never experienced anything like it, the rooms, the staff, the food and the view were exceptional!! The location is great, a 3 minute walk to the local village with shops and restaurants. We hired a car to explore the rest of the island at our own pace. The hotel is family run and you can tell as soon as you walk through the door, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We loved it so much, that whilst sat in our jacuzzi, we booked to go back next year! We love Elessa!!

We have just come back from our second stay and have already booked to go back for a 3rd time. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday then this is the place for you. Everything about his hotel is excellent, from the rooms, to the views, delicious, reasonably priced food with great service, we cannot fault Elessa. All the staff are friendly and attentive, with lovely owners who are very welcoming.
