Very good food and very good service! You have too try this very good restaurant. The Girl was so helpfull and the food and cocktails amazing!!! We are 10 Days Inn Santorini and was the Most friendly restaurant that we visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And very good music

We have just returned from Santorini and stayed at the stunning Elessa Hotel. It was absolutely perfect! The views were out of this world, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean, our room had its own jacuzzi and everything was thought of and was high quality. We normally had the infinity pool to ourselves! The breakfasts were excellent and we ate in the restaurant twice in the evening which again was perfect! Dimitrias made the perfect pina colada! The village of Pyrgos was a great find as it was quiet but had lovely bars, restaurants and cobbled streets leading up to the beautiful church where you could see the sunset - it also had a reliable bus service so you could venture out. We will definitely return.

Handsome hotel with magnificent view from everywhere! Your room and the pool make the place unique. The food makes you enjoy it even more! Absolutely loved this hotel - great choice - from Stavroula at reception as well as her entire staff to the spacious rooms and gorgeous views - can't wait to return next year. The pool is fabulous with amazing views. This location is just perfect - away from the crowds in Fira, yet close enough to get to with a taxi. First time staying in Pyrgos and loved it. Cutest town with plenty of fantastic restaurants to choose from and this hotel is a very short walk into the town.

D’une beauté à couper le souffle. On était dans une villa 3 chambres. Parfaite pour nos adolescents. Le design était sobre, classe et chic, la vue exceptionnelle. J’ai eu un coup de cœur pour le village de Pyrgos. Elessa hôtel a rendu notre séjour à Santorin mémorable.

I highly recommend this establishment. It's magical, quiet with a magnificent sea view. We received a very warm welcome. Yiannis and all the staff were brilliant and perfect: a pronounced sense of service and welcome. More than ever, our love for Santorini was confirmed. Discovering the town of Pyrgos Kallistis was a wonderful revelation. Our wedding brunch at the Hotel Elessa was fantastic! Thank you Yiannis! Love!

Organic and raw with designer furniture and in keeping with the raw materials of natural wood, this hotel is a haven of peace far from the annoying tumult of Fira and Oia. Hidden and perched on the cliffs of Pyrgos, isolation and calm are assured. The very spacious rooms equipped with their heated spa pool allow a magnificent view of the sunrise (East facing room) and of the extraordinary infinity pool plunging into the Cretan Sea. We had dinner there and the surprises and culinary creativity were there. The service is perfect and the staff are very available and attentive. The little espresso in the room is also a plus in the morning when you wake up to the sunrise. At breakfast only one coffee is included (!). The pool area and relaxation furniture are incredible and blend into the decor: it's a success!
