We just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay at the Windmill Villas. After touring Athens, the quiet and cool of the Windmill Villas was so welcomed. We loved the private pool after the days visiting the sights and beaches in Santorini. We stayed with 2 of our kids, ages 20 and 15. The Villas are cleaned daily by the lovely Floriana and breakfast is served with the stunning Aegean view. The air conditioning works great and the amenities are plentiful. We wish our vacation wasn't over and would love to return! Thank you to Nikos and staff for a wonderful stay; it was the trip of a lifetime!

We stayed 4 days in this dream place. The windmills of Windmill Villas are wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and the yogurt was the best in the world. My husband was amazed by this gift I gave him. The first day we walked from the bus station in Thira to Windmill Villas, passing through Thira, Firostefani and Imerovigli along the caldera, everything was wonderful. Nicos was a very present and helpful person for any kind of request. I highly recommend

We (a grown-up family of 4) had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Windmill Villas in July for 6 nights. The accommodation itself has everything you need and is immaculately maintained. We booked directly with Nikos and he was always very prompt at communicating with us and he and his family could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. He was discreetly always on hand to offer advice, including to help organise trips and set up an outdoor cinema for us! I must mention Florianna too who provided our lovely breakfasts every morning and made sure the villa was clean and towels replenished when needed. This was, without a doubt, one of the loveliest places we have stayed.

The windmill was beautiful as was the pool . Nicos and the maid were very helpful .however if you are looking for peace and tranquilly the main road passes very close by . It is very busy and the noise is quite intrusive . The big issue with Santorini is far to many cruise ships an one day sometimes 5 therefore far too many tourists . All that said we had a nice time

Windmill villas is a great place to stay specially with a family. The villa is amazing with swimming pool and all the utilities you can think of. Villa services on daily basis with a delicious breakfast. Most importantly, the manager (Nikos) this available on spot 24/7 for any help you need or advice regarding tutoring or other services in Santorini. No need to consider other places at all, just book at Windmill villas!

Fabulous and unique accommodation with great views. Everything spot on, clean and great facilities. Nikos was really helpful and recommended some great activities and restaurants and he organised a wonderful sailing trip for us. The daily breakfast was amazing. The swimming pool is a nice size and we all enjoyed the hammock. Swimming towels provided and regular towel and linen changes. It really is top service from Nikos and his family. We had a wonderful week.

We had a great stay, the hosts are very welcoming and ultra helpful. The mills are charming with a swimming pool and private terrace, with the added bonus of a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea! The children even have access to the owners' garden to play on the trampoline, swing, and ball. The entire accommodation is very well equipped and very clean. Lots of little touches were offered to us. Hotel service ***** Breakfasts ***** The owner gave us lots of information to have a pleasant stay on Santorini, he even organized a catamaran excursion with a company he recommended! We 200% approve of this unusual place to spend a pleasant time with friends or family!

We had a fantastic stay at the Windmill Villas. We were 2 couples and had absolutely everything we could need. The villa was immaculate and well furnished and stocked and it was serviced every morning so the whole place was spotless all week! Nikos was brilliant - organising our hire car (a must) in advance and showing us all the best places to visit and eat. Breakfast was served every day by the pool and it was all delicious! Brilliant stay and highly recommend.
