This place leaves a lot to be desired. If it was taken care of better I would rate it higher. Checking and out is also a very odd procedure. They ask you at check out how you paid the deposit.

Son unos ladrones!!!!!! Yo viajé a Santiago el 15 de noviembre llegando alrededor de las 6 AM. Para garantizar tener acceso a una habitación, prepagué el hotel desde la noche anterior y hasta el 17 de noviembre. Mi vuelo se retrasó y avisé que llegaría mas tarde. Mis actividades no me permitieron legar al hotel sino hasta la noche, pero como estaba prepagado y había avisado que llegaría tarde, no debería tener problema. Pues al llegar al hotel, esta gente irresponsable de Norus no respetó la reserva, volvió vender la habitación y me dejaron en la noche se Santiago SIN hotel. Es increíble la falta de respeto, de cumplir con sus compromisos y el abuso de vender de nuevo una habitación Prepagada. Ahora se hacen los locos y no quieren reintegrar el dinero. O sea, me roban 4 noches y las volvieron a vender!!!! OJO NO vayan a ese hotel (o lo que sea). Se roban el dinero preparado, vuelven a vender la habitación y no regresan nada!!!!! Abusivos!!!

ESTADIA DE PASO EN SANTIAGO
Muy decepcionante!
Tenia ganas de conocer estos departamentos hace tiempo, ya que viajamos seguia Stgo. Pero fue1 decepción!
Nada que ver con las fotos que muestran!
La mantención deja mucho que desear, las tinas saltadas y viejas , SUCIAS! deberían dejarlas en remojo con cloro
Usan aun cortinas de baño que son antihigienicas
La Pintura del departamento hace rato que debiese ser renovada
Las cortinas sucias del smog, ya son grises en vez de blancas
El aseo PESIMO apenas los baños y la cama
No te lavan la loza y amenazan con multa si no la dejas limpia
La cama, pésima
Le pinen encima un colchon delgado de espuma, pero es mas corto que la cama y entonces las almohadas quedan más abajo y uno amanece con dolor de cuello
El establecimiento excelente
Me dejaron dejar mi auto después del check out sin problemas
Cero comunicación de parte de ellos con el pasajero para preguntar si todo estaba ok
En fin, no vuelvo pk la mala calidad del departamento
