The room was very clean and spacious. The bed is very comfy and the shower was also very nice. The TV has Roku installed so you can watch a few different streaming services.
The only not so good thing is that it was very noisy during the morning, be it other guests or the hotel's staff.
Overall I really recommend this place! I'll stay again next time I visit Santiago

It’s very outdated building and it’s certainly not worth of its cost. The breakfast only a coffee with toast. And room is dirty and the bedsheets are old and smelly. Bad one !!!

Para a categoria deste hotel, ele é excelente. Limpo, quartos reformados, pessoal cordial, café da manhã bom e servido com simpatia. Chuveiro ótimo. Tem restaurante gracioso. Roupa de cama nova. Tem uma mini cozinha americana no quarto, facilitando muito a vida do viajante. Recomendo.

Sandwiched in between a sex shop & a ***** joint (seriously), this smaller hotel has no lobby, a teensy elevator, a terrible breakfast on the 7th floor (which is a bar at night), and a staff that cannot speak english and seems pretty non-plussed about making you happy. The physical location is great, very accessible to many important sites in Santiago. And my room was spacious although the electrical plate fell off when trying to use a plug, the toilet did not flush very well, the tv didn't work, and I had problems with the showerhead. But the wifi worked well and the bed was comfortable.

Junto a colegas de la oficina visitamos el restobar ubicado en la terraza para celebrar un cumpleaños. El objetivo era poder conversar tranquilos, contar anécdotas. Por lo anterior, solicitamos al garzón que nos atendió poder bajar la música electrónica que sonaba en el lugar a muy alto volumen, al parecer, por gusto de los garzones quienes disfrutaban de esta música estridente. Lo pedimos tres veces y no la bajaron. De hecho, la última vez el garzón se acercó al parlante e hizo una suerte de mimica, pero no bajó el volumen. No le importó. Por ello, muy difícil que vuelva a este lugar, pues la empatía fue cero.

Very well located hotel in the centre of Santiago which features an excellent array of welcoming staff at the check-in desk, spacious and well equipped rooms as well as a decent breakfast which was sadly missed on the final morning due to an early flight. Many points of interest just a short walk away. Comfortable stay.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de pontos turísticos, o que permite conhecê-los caminhando. O café da manhã é bem fraco mas tem muitos cafés ao redor, inclusive um Starbucks ao lado. O hotel tem um bar no terraço, e sim, tem muito barulho, eu não tenho o que reclamar porque no meu quarto (56) não incomodou; se tiver opção de escolher, escolha os andares mais baixos e mais longe do elevador. Tivemos que pagar uma taxa de 250 reais na entrada, como uma garantia para o frigobar, se não consumir, esse valor é devolvido. Li as avaliações aqui e tomei cuidado para não sujar toalhas com maquiagem, então não tive nenhum problema. Recomendo o hotel pela ótima localização e pelo ótimo atendimento dos funcionários.
