Es uno de los hoteles más bonitos que he visitado, tiene una ambientación que te hace sentir en Tailandia, gracias a sus maravillosas plantas en todos los rincones. A pesar que fui por trabajo me sentí de vacaciones, que ganas de volver con más tiempo!

Magnífica experiencia. La propuesta estética del hotel nos sorprendió gratamente. Cuidan mucho los detalles, por ejemplo, la incorporación de aromas en las habitaciones y espacios del hotel que generan una estancia placentera. El desayuno increíble. Un gusto enorme este hotel.

Chic and artsy, Hotel Bidasoa is enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice window box for lounging. Breakfast was great, and the food at Casa Sanz (the restaurant next door) is creative and delicious. Where the hotel falls short is in the room amenities. It only offers the basic towels and soap, and the room is impacted a bit by noise. Staff are polite but not necessarily the friendliest. Overall, it was a nice stay.

El hotel se siente como estar en casa un lugar donde descansar y relajarse entre el ajetreo de la ciudad. La habitación donde me hospedé tiene una ventanas muy amplias de donde se ven las cordilleras la cama es muy cómoda el baño es muy amplio y la limpieza espectacular. El personal del hotel muy cálido y amable siempre dispuesto ayudar en todo. Volveré próximamente a este hotel

O Hotel é ótimo com um restaurante super animado, o único ponto negativo é que o ar condicionado não funciona e mesmo no inverno, em um quarto aonde a janela tem uma pequena abertura, a noite caso goste de dormir coberto você vai acordar suando.
