The hotel is close to the subway and a short walk from Lastarria and Cerro Santa Lucia. It offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The windows in my room were quite irregular and had no protective film, which impaired the view. It has a good convention center and an adequate gym. I had a small problem with the faucet in my shower upon arrival, which was promptly resolved when I contacted reception.

The hotel is located in heart of Santiago, and accessible to all shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions, and many more. The room is clean and staffs are very friendly and useful. They are willing to assist and make your journey easy. Kudos to Gonzalo Ceriani and Alexander Zambrano, who are the front desk staffs, both are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay this hotel if you are in Santiago. Overall experience are exceptional!!!

The hotel is well located, close to the city center, which can be reached on foot, just a few meters from two subway stations, and close to the Bella Vista neighborhood and Pátio Bella Vista, and you can also walk to the Cerro São Cristóbal funicular. However, since it is located in the city center, it is not advisable to go out or arrive on foot at night. The hotel is old, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and all the amenities, but it needs modernization: The doors are old, the hallways and the entire room are carpeted, and the bathroom does not have a bidet shower and has a bathtub instead of a shower stall. The breakfast is well served and varied.

Very good hotel, great location. They prepare a breakfast box when we have an early trip. Great shower, very good service, exceptional breakfast. Fair price, comfort and convenience. Restaurant open for a long time which makes things much easier.

First time at Le Meridien in Santiago, it’s going thru some much needed renovation!! Entrance, Lovby, Bar and breakfast great.. Rooms need work, which they are doing. The hotel is not in the best part of town BUT it’s close to many attractions and restaurantes.. The price is right for where it is and what you get. I would not pay more for where it is. I will be back!!

This hotel badly needs renovation. Only one of three elevators worked during my stay. TV didn't work for 2 days. Lounge is under renovation, they offer snacks at the bar. Rooms also look old and tired. Breakfast reasonably good. Stuff is reasonably friendly. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Because of some technical issue my stay booked via Marriott was booked as if via a third party. I didn't get any points or nights for this stay. Marriott is unable to rectify their own problem, the hotel sent my multiple emails promising this would be resolved, but it hasn't been. Will not stay again.

Alojar en Le Meridien Santiago es un agrado no sólo por la comodidad de su habitaciones, sino también por la excelente atención de su personal. Además, cuentan con una gastronomía de lujo que se evidencia en la crepería, buffet/happy hour, desayuno y almuerzo. Asimismo, la habitación cuenta con buena iluminación y todo lo necesario para poder trabajar o descansar. A ello, se suma el estacionamiento y la ubicación para visitar atractivos culturales de Santiago. Sin duda es un hotel para volver una y otra vez. Felicitaciones y gracias por los detalles y hacerme sentir como en casa.
