Boa experiência, próximo a duas estações de metrô. Serviço de qualidade, boa comida. O quarto precisaria uma reforma, carpetes já mais velhos, mas não atrapalhou muito a experiência geral.

The hotel is close to the subway and a short walk from Lastarria and Cerro Santa Lucia. It offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The windows in my room were quite irregular and had no protective film, which impaired the view. It has a good convention center and an adequate gym. I had a small problem with the faucet in my shower upon arrival, which was promptly resolved when I contacted reception.

The hotel is located in heart of Santiago, and accessible to all shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions, and many more. The room is clean and staffs are very friendly and useful. They are willing to assist and make your journey easy. Kudos to Gonzalo Ceriani and Alexander Zambrano, who are the front desk staffs, both are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay this hotel if you are in Santiago. Overall experience are exceptional!!!

Desafortunadamente el día que llegamos al hotel no funcionaba la calefacción, y continuó el problema el siguiente día.
El personal del Hotel fue muy amable y ellos se encargaron de cambiarnos de Hotel, incluso a uno de mejor nivel.
Las habitaciones son limpias y el servicio excelente, pero los pasillos del hotel estaban muy sucios y fríos.
En los alrededores del Hotel no hay buenas opciones para comer, y nos comentaron que por la noche no debíamos salir por que la zona no es segura.

The hotel is old, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and all the amenities, but it needs modernization: The doors are old, the hallways and the entire room are carpeted, and the bathroom does not have a bidet shower and has a bathtub instead of a shower stall. Very good hotel, great location. They prepare a breakfast box when we have an early trip. Great shower, very good service, exceptional breakfast. Fair price, comfort and convenience. Restaurant open for a long time which makes things much easier.
