Llegué al hotel por la web, tuve un viaje sorpresivo a Santiago, el Trato no fue el mejor, recepcionista apática, atención del personal muy informal. además me llevaron a otro edificio que estaba cerrado a público no me alojaron en el Hotel que sale en la Publicación... No me dieron los horarios de desayuno, claves de wi tuve que preguntar forzadamente... En lugar donde me dieron la pieza estaba cómo abandonado, comedor con losa sucia, muy descuidado ...era un edificio hotel que tenía letreros en la puerta con la leyenda cerrado, los baños sin mantención sanitaria al dia y ducha con fuga de agua, lo que no permitía que el agua caliente fuera continúa Salía el agua o muy caliente o fria.. Fumigación, Desratizacion y Sanitización era del 2022, Comedor de Desayuno Sucio y Desordenado No por ser un Hotel 3 Estrellas tienen que tener un mal servicio..mala experiencia....

Péssimo lugar. Instalações precárias. Parece que há muitos moradores neste hotel. Recepção com pessoas extremamente mal educadas. Pedimos quarto de casal e ficamos em camas separadas. No café da manhã a comida é racionada pela pessoa que fica servindo. Toalhas de péssima qualidade, não há produtos de higiene, não há toalha de rosto nem tapete no banheiro. Não tem elevador então não venha com pessoas idosas. Localização péssima. Pior experiência de viagem da vida !!! Corram deste hotel.

Fomos muito bem atendidos, todos muito solícitos e a localização é muito boa, próxima ao metrô e ao centro!! Hospedagem sem luxo, mas que acolheu super bem! Existem bares próximos mas que não incomodam a noite, região tranquila! Super indico!!
