Muy sucio. Paredes y cortinas llenas de moho. El horario de entrada es hasta las 5 PM pero no te avisan. Te lo venden con desayuno pero te mandan a desayunar a otro hotel. No le daría ni una estrella. El peor hotel en Galicia con diferencia. Que decepción.

Last stage of my 'Way of Santiago' and here I am in Santiago de Compostela. Hotel Pénsion Linares is the classic city hotel. Very central location but without additional services. The room is small with a strange door that opens at two heights. The badge demagnetized the following day. We're not very there...

The hostel closes at five and it was not clear on Booking when I made the reservation. If you arrive later or can enter, no one has told me or sent an email with the arrival time. Very unprofessional which made me very disappointed.

The room did not correspond at all to what was reserved, the bathroom was tiny and the room was horribly hot, they provided us with a fan (the girl at the reception was very nice). Quite noisy, you could even hear the snoring from the room on the other side of the hallway. The price per night is exorbitant in relation to quality-price. Good ubication

Of the 5 hotels/pensions that I have used on my route doing the Camino de Santiago, this one is undoubtedly the weakest. Well located, but noisy, there is a street with a lot of traffic from trucks, buses, etc. underneath. Old building with walls between rooms that look like paper, outdated, poor bathroom, decoration and furniture from the 70s... it needs an urgent facelift. Narrow staircase to go up to the rooms with suitcase or bags.

I had a full apartment that was clean and modern, within 10 minutes walking distance of the cathedral. The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful. This was excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it.
