Horrible!!! Impresentable, esta en obras. No tiene wifi en las habitaciones Pileta baño no descarga, ducha desborda, no hay repisa en el baño, no hay perchas en placard Dice 4 estrellas..... una burla a la inteligencia humana Creo que Santiago el apóstol, vivía en mejores condiciones

Me he alojado por motivos de trabajo y recomiendo el establecimiento 100%. El hotel está en perfecta ubicación, muy cerca del centro de Santiago y muy recomendable para viajeros de negocio, ya que, es muy fácil aparcar y no es necesario adentrarse en el centro de la ciudad. Espacios amplios y cómodos. Habitaciones totalmente renovadas y muy buen desayuno. Personal muy amable y profesional. Lo recomendaría 100% para alojarse en una estancia en Santiago de Compostela.

Me alojé en Faranda Los Tilos con amigos, para conocer Santiago. Habitaciones amplias, colchones fantásticos, y un baño impecablemente renovado. Lo que más me sorprendió fue la calidad del descanso y lo variado del desayuno. Volveré y os lo recomiendo

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in settembre 2010 in questo hotel. Posizione alquanto scomoda. Classificato 4 stelle puo' essere definito al massimo un 2 stelle superior. Hotel molto vecchio, camere piuttosato sporche , piccole ,con arredamento datato. Personale poco disponibile alla reception ma soprattutto in sala ristorante. La pecca maggiore e'proprio il servizio ristorante con camerieri scostanti che anziche' servire "lanciano" i piatti pur di sbrigarsi in fretta. Ci sono state servite due cene immangiabili con carne dura e senza gusto. Poiche' ero io l'accompagnatrice di un gruppo di 50 persone ho chiesto, avvisando la sera prima per la sera dopo, di sostituire per alcuni la carne con dei formaggi ed i camerieri si sono arrabbiati moltissimo perche' dovevano servire due volte anziche' una visto che alcuni avevano portate diverse.

Hotel en reforma con "incidencias" diarias (según uno de los recepcionistas de ayer por la mañana). En la mayor parte de las habitaciones no funciona el aire acondicionado. Hemos sufrido goteras en el baño, goteras en la habitación y ruido, mucho ruido que nos impedía descansar. Los dos últimos días tampoco funcionaba ni la TV ni el wifi. Hemos hablado con la Directora y muy buenas palabras pero son incapaces de ponerse en la piel del cliente. Nos acompañaba un familiar que igualmente ha padecido las continuas deficiencias de este Hotel. Contratamos el viaje con Voyage Privee y desde luego no nos podían haber asignado peores habitaciones (adjunto fotos de las visitas desde la habitación). Ha sido un desastre todo. No hemos descansado nada y no volveríamos aquí ni aunque nos regalasen la estancia.

Sono stata due giorni ospite di questo hotel e meno male sono stati solo due. Si fregia di 4 stelle quando ne vale appena 2. Maleodorante, poco servizio, tavoli con tovaglia di carta, buffet scarso e pessimo tanto a colazione che a cena. Bagno e camera no comment.... dicono che è in ristrutturazione ma forse era meglio se lo riaprivano una volta ristrutturato non si possono ospitare le persone con così pochi servizi.

Hotel amplo, antigo, com nenhuma manutenção. Muito retirado do centro. Café da manhã razoável, atendimento não muito bom nem no restaurante nem no café da manhã. Chuveiro quebrado, aspecto velho e por conta disso não tem aspecto de boa limpeza.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is near a bus stop that only costs .80 E to get to town. Other then that, the breakfast is practically non existant, good luck finding a glass of orange juice and I couldnt find any sugar for my coffee. I skipped their sorry pastries and hauled out something I had purchased the day before to eat instead. The staff is surly- the whole lot should really get out of the hotel business. Judging from the breakfast, we forgoed our prepaid dinner and had pizza and beer in town.

Albergo datato da ristrutturare, e fin qui potrebbe essere accettato, ma la cosa più grave che, essendo in gruppo ci hanno trattano veramente malissimo: cena disgustosa, quasi da avvelenamento .... Il personale si sentiva autorizzato a usare la sua maleducazione per gestire i rapporti con noi clienti. Lenzuola bucate e mai sostituite, per loro è tutto normale .... Questa struttura così gestita è da chiudere subito. Non conosco i criteri di attribuzione delle 4 stelle, ma è più dignitoso un ostello della gioventù, che questo albergo.
