Estuve alojado a primeros de septiembre con mi mujer y mi hija. Hotel a diez minutos del centro histórico de Santiago, bien comunicado. El personal de recepción muy amable dando todo tipo de explicación mediante un mapa para moverte por la.Un detalle que me gusto es que en recepción, al lado de los ascensores, hay una mesita con agua embotellada y vasos de cristal para servirte. No puede dejar el coche en el parking, por sus características, y lo pude dejar en la zona reservada del hotel, sin coste alguno. Buen hotel y recomendable. Si tengo que volver a Santiago volveré a este hotel.

+ PROS -Me dejaron hacer Late Check Out (a las 13 horas) -Check In rápido -Ventanas bien insonorizadas del exterior -Habitación bien climatizada y sábanas y toallas limpias - CONTRAS -La tarjeta electrónica daba problemas -La puerta principal estaba cerrada por la noche y si llegabas más tarde de las 11 tenías que llamar y esperar a que te abran, da la sensación de molestar -Por la tarde es difícil encontrar aparcamiento cerca -Deberían mejorar la insonorización de las puertas, ya que por la mañana ya te despiertas enseguida por el ruido

El Hotel está my bien situado. Cerca de la parada de autobuses (5 minutos), de la estación de tren (20 minutos) y de la Catedral de Santiago (15 minutos). Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. El personal es muy amable, tanto el de recepción, como el personal de habitaciones, como el camarero de la cafetería de abajo. El desayuno no nos venía incluido y costaba 9 euros, pero este hotel cuenta con la gran baza de tener un bar/cafeteria en el mismo edificio muy bien de precio y con buen servicio. Como nota negativa indicar que las puerta se abren con llave y no con tarjeta, por lo que los vecinos que no tengan un mínimo de cuidado suelen hacer bastante ruido al entrar y salir de sus habitaciones.

Se encuentra ubicado al lado de la conocida Rua de San Pedro, última parte del Camino de Santiago Francés y durante siglos la entrada de los Peregrinos a la Ciudad, a 15 minutos marchando de la Catedral de Santiago, y a 5 minutos del tramo final del Camino Francés. Cerca del Centro Comercial para hacerlo a pié. Nos recibió la Sra. Noelia muy cordial y simpática, las demás recepcionistas fueron muy atentas para dar las explicaciones si es necesario. Las habitaciones no son muy amplias, sin aire acondicionado, ruidosas, El desayuno buffet, muy liviano, una sola empleada para atender la cafetería y el comedor, no hay mucha variedad, si reposición. Una advertencia con el aparcamiento, es muy peligroso es limitado en altura, en mi caso se complicó ya que teníamos un auto grande, y no teníamos estacionamiento frente al hotel estaba siempre ocupado. No lo recomiendo.

Estoy encantado con el hotel. La habitación es amplia y la cama muy cómoda. El baño excepcional y todo muy limpio. El personal muy agradable profesional y disponible. El desayuno muy rico con todo lo que necesita para empezar el día. Mucha fruta pan fresco huevos café riquidimo. Todo muy silencioso para poder disfrutar de una estancia agradable y feliz. El centro está muy cerca. Basta dar un pequeño paseo y te encontrarás inmerso en una ciudad preciosa muy cuidada limpia y monumental. Hemos alquilado plaza de parking en el hotel por solo 8 euros porque aparcar aquí se hace una empresacmuy difícil. Os ánimo a venir. Nuestra mayor agradecimiento a Natalia que es una profesional excepcional y que nos ha tratado de maravilla. Muchas gracias

Everything was exceptional!! Me and my mum were very impressed by the very friendly and efficient members of staff! We stayed in room 503 on the 5th level facing the street in the last week of February. The bed was excellent, I slept extremely well and the room was spotless and dust free! We couldn't hear anything from the road when the windows were closed, but we did sleep with the window open one night and the noise didn't disturb our sleep at all. The heating was perfect! We used public transport so the hotel is perfectly located for people arriving by bus as it's a straight road down,10 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was a perfect, serve yourself buffet with lots of choice. There's also a mini section serving hot food too. The mini safe is free and the mini bar is well stocked. The hotel also has a cafe at the front! I nearly forgot to mention that another positive that I have never seen in another hotel before, is that you can order takeaway food and have it delivered straight to your room! So if you want to eat in the evening, but don't want to go out, this is the perfect option! :) I highly recommend this hotel!!
