Best Western Plus Santee is a wonderful hotel. Extremely welcoming staff. We really appreciate the welcome cookies. All the rooms are first floor. The rooms are large and well maintained.

Very clean room. Breakfast food was fresh and area clean. Comfortable bed. Large room. When I needed information from the front desk they were courteous and didn't act rushed or "Put-Out."

I have found that staying at Best Western branded motels can be hit or miss. This one is definitely a HIT! My room was extremely clean and inviting, and even had a Keurig coffee maker, which is a plus for me. The heated pool is beautifully landscaped, the hot breakfast was delicious, the staff is wonderful. When I was researching I had read a poor review from someone talking about a problem with feral cats. I did not see a single cat (and I was looking). This motel has separate buildings for guests with pets, and those without. I will most definitely be back!

This property is spotless and the staff are exceptional. The cozy "retro" rooms have everything you could want and the breakfast is well above average. We stayed here our first time while traveling home from a 2 week road trip and we were very, very impressed with everything about it. There is a great restaurant across the parking lot and the king bed we had was just perfect.

Have stayed every summer for the past 4-5 years when traveling. Great staff and rooms are very nice. Accommodate pets too. This trip no different, staff is great at check in and out. Only ding relates to breakfast. Closes at 9:30, went at 8:30, most of the hot items were at the bottom of the cannister and only one danish left. Had coffee and juice for 5-10 minutes before leaving and nothing was refilled. Would think with an hour to go, they might refill one more time. Other than that, stay was good.

Best Western Plus Santee Inn is the place we stay at every year that we come to Santee, SC to play golf. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the Captains Galley Restaurant is next door and has AWESOME food. Best set-up in Santee.

My wife and I have been stopping at the Best Western Plus in Santee on our way to Florida for years now. Our last experience there was really bad to be honest. Our room was considerably more expensive than prior times, no discounts (senior, AARP, Best Western member) were honored. The room appeared to be in need of maintenance - carpet in need of cleaning, burned out light bulbs, and a collection of dead bugs by the window. We will find somewhere else to stay next time.

Always a pleasant time. We have stayed here a few time. The staff is all ways pleasant. The breakfast is good and love the espresso machine.
