We were greeted warmly by the reception workers upon arrival and offered fresh baked cookies. The snack area is well stocked and the room was comfortable and very spacious. The exercise room is large and very well equipped. There is an outdoor pool but it was closed during our stay. Great hotel!

I stayed here a year ago and it was great. Somehow it got even better this year. They have the most friendly staff. I had housekeeping staff offering to help me with my luggage ! (Yes ,they have luggage carts ,but I had driven for 8 hours and needed the exercise .) Spotless rooms. Comfortable beds . Quiet. Delicious breakfast , with a wonderful hostess. Easy access to !-95. This will be my stopover on all further trips. I believe this is the best Hampton Inn I have experienced in the last couple years.

My wife and I recently stayed a night at the Hampton Inn in Santee while returning home from vacation. We have stayed in many Hampton locations and this one is definitely a great place. The hotel is very convenient to I95 and has a few really nice restaurants close by. The service was excellent and the breakfast was very nice. The room was very clean and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This was our second stay at this Hampton. We were not disappointed! The welcome by the staff at the front desk was exceptional. With a genuine smile she handed me a bag with two waters and said, “The cookies will be out at 6. Would you like a treat for Woody?” Our room, with a king bed and couch, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with the typical items but also fresh fruit! They even made me ice tea! At checkout I was offered a To Go bag with a bagel, peanut butter and jelly and apple. (My husband had not made it to breakfast)

Hilton at Santee is a new hotel and the quality of the decor, the room, bedding is exceptional (even the air iconditioning is actually quiet. !). but just as important is the excellent staff, including the breakfast buffet and how helpful the breakfast staff is especially Michelle went out of her way to find us de caffeinatedcoffee. Definitely recommend staying here
