Nos ha encantado. Es moderno, acogedor, tiene todas las comodidades, habitación amplia decorada con gusto, gran cuarto de baño...todo genial !!! Lo mejor de todo su ubicación en pleno centro. A pocos minutos de la plaza del Ayuntamiento, del Centro Botín, etc. Y justo al lado del Mercado del Este donde recomiendo ir a tapear

Nice location

Había leído bastantes comentarios malos respecto a este hotel, y lamentablemente tengo que decir que son ciertos. Una habitación extremadamente pequeña, con una cama de matrimonio ridícula, un armario que si lo abres no puedes acceder a la cama y sin embargo un baño como una plaza de toros. Además la habitación necesita una mano de pintura. No dejan ni un triste gorro de ducha. Lo peor de todo el tema del parking, no tienen concierto con el parking que ellos mismo te recomiendan, en de la plaza de Pombo, con lo cual puedes llegar y que no haya plaza libre, encimas es super caro, pagamos 30€ por 17 horas, cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas cobra bastante menos. Y para remate final, pedimos un zumo de melocotón en el buffet y nos dicen que nos lo tienen que cobrar a parte. Creo que es un hotel muy bonito, y tiene una ubicación perfecta, pero les queda mucho por mejorar.

As I wrote on another website: We had a wonderful check-in with the young female on reception particularly when she found out that we had just completed the Portuguese Camino, we were talking to a fellow pilgrim, and whenever she saw in the hotel. What a delightful surprise I got when we entered our spacious and elegant corner room on the second floor with an enclosed balcony and plenty of fresh air and natural light. We loved the comfortable king bed with loads of pillows, and nightly chocolate on the bed, tea/coffee facility, enomorous bathroom with fluffy towels and bath robes. Breakfast was included in our tarrif, a generous buffet was served with a great variety of foods. The dining room was a pleasant place to start our days off in Santander. Positives: Own air-conditioning unit, spacious room, friendly staff. Negatives: No decent lighting over the bathroom vanity mirror and only espresso cups for coffee, no cups for tea drinkers (supplied when requested). Music playing in the corridors 24 hours a day could be heard inside our room.

El staff muy amigable y siempre tratando de ayudar. En general una muy buena experencia, el único aspecto a lejorar es que el cuarto era chico, fuera de eso lo recomiendo mucho.

Fantastic property which looks brand newly renovated. Unfortunately there is a huge renovation project next door which means constant noise during the day but once this is sorted the location is ideal in the centre of a beautiful small city

Had a lovely stay, really helpful reception on arrival, beautiful room and immaculate. Couldn’t fault. Would definitely recommend. Great location if you want to be in and amongst city life and have everything on your doorstep.
