LOCATION IS PERFECT. BED SIZE VERY GOOD. PILLOWS HARD FOR MY TASTE. BEEN IN OTHER 4 STAR WITH SOFTER PILLOWS. LOVELY PROPERTY OVERALL. NEVERTHELESS FRONT DESK PERSONNEL NEED TO BE MORE RESPONSIVE TO CUSTOMER NEEDS. THEY ALSO NEED TO LAUGHT MORE, TOO SERIOUS. IN ALL HONESTY WE CAME FROM A E STRA HOTEL WHERE THE FRONT DESK GO OVERBOARD TO SATISFY CUSTOMER, THIS IS NOT THE CASE, SEEM THAT THEY CARE LESS. THEY APPEAR NOT KNOWLEDGABLE IN RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN ASKED. BREAKFAST SERVICE IS MEDIOCRE, YOU HAVE TO GO AFTER THEM WHEN IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE OTHER WAY. ALSO THERE IS LACK OF OPTIONS.
