전반적으로 좋았고 반려견과 함께 지낼 수 있어서 더 좋은 경험이었어요. 강아지 그릇과 장난감, 침대까지 마련되어 있어서 감동적이었습니다. 하지만 화장실에 환풍 시설이 없고 타월 건조기가 작동하지 않아서 객실이 너무 습했습니다. 조식은 퀄리티가 그닥 만족스럽진 않았지만, 주변에 아침 일찍 여는 곳이 없어서 일찍 출발해야 할 때 유용하긴 했어요.

A 15 minute walk away from the centre. Some of which is uphill. But in a quiet area. Lots of restaurants nearby. When I booked, I asked for a room at the back and away from the lifts. That is exactly what I got. Not every hotel cares enough to meet customers' requests. Check in was smooth. Receptionists are friendly. Carla indulged my Spanish. The room, 318, is a decent size and was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. (My only quibble: as I get older I notice the absence of grab-rails for over-bath showers.) There is a small safe (big enough for iPads but not for a laptop). There was a fridge too. And a Nespresso machine. The bed was very comfortable with crisp clean linen. We got a very good night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Siempre es un placer alojarse en NH CIUDAD DE SANTANDER porque desde el momento en el que llegas te hacen sentir bien, a gusto, como en casa. Y no es ningún eslógan publicitario, es la realidad. Y Elena es increíble: siempre buscando soluciones para todo. Un 10 de staff, no sólo ella sino todos.

Hotel más que recomendable. Habitación perfecta, situación del hotel inmejorable, limpieza estupenda y un desayuno que merece sin duda la pena. Pero lo más destacable es su personal. Un añadido impagable. Tanto Isabel en recepción como Belén en desayuno pendientes de cada detalle, con un trato al cliente donde se nota lo suyo es pura vocación. Fuimos con un niño y lo han tenido en cuenta durante toda la estancia. Gracias por todo, enhorabuena por este equipazo, y esperamos volver a veros.
