The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. It was a very nice hotel. It was very conveniently located just a stone's throw from the bus station.

The location is very good. The bus train station is across the street. There are many things to do nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and most of the attractions are located nearby. The staff are all friendly and genuinely try to help.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for the ferry. Right across rhe street from the terminal. Limited hotel parking outside the door, but plenty of parking around the hotel on the street and underground car parks. Soundproof rooms with a large comfortable bed. Perfectly clean. Rooms have a kettle. Beautiful breakfast. Plenty of choice. There is no bar, but plenty straight outside the door.

Hotel fantastico per la posizione vicino alla stazione degli autobus Comodo per chi vuole andare in giornata a Bilbao…. Dall’ hotel si può girare a piedi tutta la città!!! Ottima la colazione la cortesia dello staff e la pulizia LO CONSIGLIO!!!

Empatía cero, pretendían que reservase 2 habitaciones separadas siendo una familia de 4 con un niño pequeño y un adolescente. En todos los demás hoteles de Santander o de otras ciudades sin problema en una sola habitación. Evidentemente nos fuimos al bahía y sin ningún problema. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Under renovering
Personalen var vänlig och trevlig. Hotellet höll dock på att renoveras och endast en våning var officiellt klar. Första rummet luktade illa i badrummet så vi fick ett annat efter påpekandet. Gardinerna var ej kompletta och vissa möbler saknades i rummet (sängbord, avlastningsbord). Elen försvann tidvis i vissa vägguttag. Badrumsdörr gick inte stänga. Städningen inte helt klar. Kort och gott: hotellet var inte riktigt klart för ”business”.
