The apartment is ok but the kitchen stove is not working we cant cook and lots of ants..

Clean, quiet and spacious apartments with great views over the harbour/beach (we were on one of the top floors which does get the best views). The apartment had almost everything you could need for self catering apart from a measuring jug and scissors. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels given every other day. The location is up on the hill side away from the hussle and bussle of the bars, restaurants etc which we prefer, although this is only a short walk away be aware there are 179 steps to get to the main street, we are fit and well and doing this in heat twice a day was enough so unless you are prepared to get taxis I would avoid this hotel if you are elderly, disabled or have young children. Overall we loved our stay and would come back, the staff are friendly and helpful too.

Lovely time at vista club . The place is immaculate the staff are really friendly and helpful . Fantastic views and pool area . Snacks and drinks are reasonable and Fernondo and Gloria at snack bar are great with guests as is the lady at reception with short blonde hair . My third stay and I’ll be back .

2nd time staying at the Vistaclub staff in reception are superb nothing to much trouble and very friendly apartment very clean and big also balcony pool lovely will be back again yes there are steps but this did not bother us you can walk out the apartments turn left and walk around the hill to avoid steps or taxis are cheap

Came here to say with my son we loved it staff and cleaning team were very nice apartment was lovely and clean pool was nice chilled environment music on in background near the pool prices at the bar pool very dear to be fair and lot cheaper down in the town but in all loved it be back again

Booked a 2 night stay here with 14yr. We found the staff friendly, our apartment was clean, shower was great, air con in one room only, nice view from the balcony. Plenty of sunbeds (few need to be tighten up), pools are lovely, pool timings only till 6pm which would have be nice to have an extra hour as it is a sun trap. Pool bar 5.5euro for a beer, full English breakfast with a cuppa 8.5, food was lovely and served hot, staff helpful & polite. There is a great curiosity room & towels supplied. The steps down to the beach/shops is one to know about, however it is what it is. We would defo go back for a mini break.

We had booked this as a last minute deal as our original holiday to Morocco was cancelled in the airport. We arrived at the hotel late at night and having stayed in some decent hotels and some down right crappy hotels and having managed to secure a holiday we were open minded. The hotel reception was manned and friendly, there were lifts to our lower level apartment. The apt was large with a large balcony and sufficient kitchen needs with a large bathroom and shower. Air con was in working order in one room only. There are 2 pools one for children and one for the rest of the guests with a decent amount of sun beds, of which is open 10-6 which is the same as the over priced bar, if you don’t want to pay the hotel prices there are some shops towards Santa Ponsa streets which are 150 steps away down to this area, the shop prices are much more affordable but you’re not allowed to consume these at the pool area. Overall we were satisfied with our stay but set your expectations

Micheal is the best employee ever. Very welcoming extremely kind. Helped us i. trouble . Really reccend vista club. The food and drink supply is amazing and was extremely handy . Would recommend for a 6th year holiday. Staff are so nice but have to re mention micheal if you are any trouble micheal will help you. just ask for him
