Paid parking ($25/night) Nice amenities and neat room! The front desk was kind

Never had to write this bad of a review. Terrible experience for the what I spent on. First front reception impression was bad. 2 receptionists, one on the phone helping a lady with an issue. She seemed very stressed. The gentleman helping the rest of us making a line. When it was my turn, my card wouldnt go through. When the lady receptionist was done with the call she seemed like she was about to get a mental breakdown. He then decided to try my card on her side and was successfully processed. He didn’t explain or gave me any instructions about the key. Key needed to work the elevators and power in the rooms I had to figure it out on my own. He Didn’t offer or explained parking, I went back after we unloaded our stuff drove around and found out there was no place to park. The receptionist pretty much just processed my card. I stayed 3 nights and no one went into my room to take trash or pick up the dirty towels. Only thing they did was put a set of clean towels the night before my check out day and that’s about it. I was given an accessible room. I did not ask for one. A light on a night stand were unplugged. Found multiple lotto tickets inside the pull out bed. Toilet paper handle was broken. By the way…..what kind of bar closes at 8? The bartender didn’t seem professional or welcoming. When checking out I was asked how I wanted my receipt. On paper or email. I told her I rather get an email. I checked out around 8am and it’s 435pm and I haven’t received my email. The only people I will say were amazing at their job were the valet guys. They were friendly, helpful and did their job.

Fantastic place to stay. New facilities that is very well done. Parking below the hotel is convenient. Rooms are very nice. Staff is very l accommodating. Great value for the money!

This property had excellent parking, and plenty of room for our van. We had two rooms. Would have gladly paid for two parking spaces, but were denied parking and had to pay meter parking to stay here. They punished us for carpooling. Staff was extremely rude about it. Even refusing to help us spot on a tight turn they made us do instead of letting us pull in fully to turn around. FYI lot says it accommodates vehicles up to 8 feet. We are 7’2”. And we do fit in a normal parking spot. And if you are thinking we showed up late- no we were there 2 hours early and took early check in on a single room. They wouldn’t even let us park there for two hours until 4pm when we were going to dinner even though the lot was almost completely empty. The valet also told us we could get a parking pass for the road, but hotel management denied that as a possibility.

Front desk service was not satisfactory however, there are clean rooms and it’s super convinent near beach and boardwalk. Also, buying breakfast may not be a good idea as it’s only 30$ credit for Starbucks on property. Swimming pool is very small and not as much heated for us to be comfortable.
