A very stylish option to stay located near the center of the town. The owner (Mauricio) has converted a modern house into a museum-like property. You can literally spend hours in studying all the little artifacts and pictures around the house. A separate and very special experience is the breakfast around the communal table with the candle lights and exquisite cutlery. The back side of this - the rooms are not very spacious and the beds are not quite comfortable. The valet parking is on the other side of the street - as I understand it is not allowed to leave your car on the street during the night. The city center lies some 900 m away, but I would not say that this is a big problem (since the main attraction of the region are the wineries and not the city itself)

Este hotel es el "hermano menor" del Vendimia Parador. Ubicado en el centro de Santa Cruz, a unas cuantas cuadras de la plaza de Armas y del ****** de Santa Cruz, es un edificio moderno pero desarrollado para que tenga el ambiente mas cercano posible a lo que hubiera sido las habitaciones de las aniguas casas de campo chilenas. Sorprende la cantidad y la calidad del mobiliario y alajamiento de cada una de las habitaciones, las cuales poseen todas las comodidades modernas de las que se precie cualquier hotel, pero combinadas con piezas de mobiliario antiguo, antiguos armarios, tocadores de dama, veladores de madera con cubiertas de mármol, lamparas que han sido modernizadas pero que en su esencia tiene mas de 80 o 100 años de antiguedad. La ubicación es comoda y segura. Y la atención del personal amable y oportuna. Tambien cuenta con piscina y aire acondicionado, baños amplios y comodos. A su manera este hotel y su hermano, el Parador, son su propia versión del Delorian del "Volver al Futuro", pero en este caso,volver al pasado del Chile de fines del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX.

Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Santa Cruz, lugar tranquilo , excelente atención de su dueño. Dueño cumple su palabra en los compromisos en situaciones de emergencias Seguro para estacionamiento de autos. Excelente desayuno Entretenida conversación.

Hotel cómodo con excelente atención. Está muy bien decorado con ambientación de antigüedades y arte en todos los rincones del hotel. También cuenta con una experiencia muy grata realizada en la viña clos santa Ana, dónde Roberto y Luis son excelentes anfitriones, muy recomendado.

Una gran experiencia. Cumple con todo lo esperado. El precio es acorde a la calidad de cualquier gran hotel de cadena, pero entrega ese entorno cercano, sin movimiento y con un trato mucho más personalizado. Una experiencia 100% recomendada para parejas que buscan algo más íntimo y cercano. Muy agradecidos de la atención de Mauricio y el equipo del hotel.

Ein sehr gemütliches Hotel. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und hat ein wenig den Stil einer Hazienda. Ir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden vom Sohn des Hauses. Er spricht sehr gut Englisch. Das Hotel verfügt über einen tollen Innenhof mit Pool. Das Frühstück ist super.
