I live in Room 1002 this time. First of all, the air conditioner is very loud. After I turned it off, there is still a lot of engine-like noise inside or outside the room. This is seriously inconsistent with the image of the hotel. It also seriously affected my rest. The rest of the hotel is very well done. The sheets, pillows, and bathrooms are all very good.

The room hardware and software are very good, and the location is very convenient, in the center of San Jose. The hotel occupancy rate is quite high, the breakfast is good, but the dinner is not recommended, it is very expensive.

The room is quite spacious, the service attitude is good, but the room was cleaned too late and the workers went off work. There is free bottled water downstairs, which is the only hotel that provides water during the whole trip. Thumbs up 👍 There is also a kettle for supply, which is a must for Chinese stomachs to drink hot water. In short, I had a good experience staying for three days. It is very close to Stanford, and there is a community center next to the supermarket, which is very convenient. It is very comfortable to walk there.

This hotel had terrible reviews earlier in the year but my visit was very nice. Yes, it's next to the highway but that is ”white noise” to me. Conveniently located near SJC as well as the VTS light rail. The pool looked very nice and was heated. I will stay here again

It is unheard of. Remember to take a photo of the expensive water bottles before you leave the hotel or else they will charge you. We bought our own water bottles which look totally different. Finished drinking and so left the empty ones in the trash. The four expensive ones were left untouched. We checked out in the morning and they said no charge to the room. We went back to take our luggage.. and asked, they still said there's no charge. At the very end, they charged us $6.55 for water bottles we didn't drink! One star because I can't get any lower... the room and other things is good, the mistaken charge is small but this is very ridiculous and annoying!

I lived on the first floor so it was kind of loud. On my first night, there was some motor thing outside the room so I could hear a noise and it was hard to sleep. Thankfully, the front desk was able to switch me to a different room the next day.

This is a great Hotel, the location is great. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There's a nice shaded park next to hotel, with kids play park, BBQ picnic area and a small walking or jogging path. The hotel is undergoing renovation some areas are closed off but still enjoyable. The rooms have been upgraded and updated! This is a very quiet hotel never had issues with noise even when construction is taking place. Keep in mind it is a Historic Landmark, meaning you will see some areas that are what some would say old or outdated ... Hence HISTORICAL PROPERTY PEOPLE!! So get over the old look feeling you're thinking and go jump in the pool !!!
