Waiting for a long time to get my car; charging the wrong billing amount; helping me make a reservation at restaurant but actually not successfully because no my name; changing extra breakfast fees but the room fees is included the guest’s’ breakfast. Really bad experience

This is the worst Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in, bar none! Look at the air vents of the air conditioner, the spider webs on the windowsill, and the glass table top!

The overall environment of the hotel is ok. We stayed in Villa 4. The soundproofing in the room was very poor. We could hear the footsteps and water running from the upper floors clearly. Another thing that was a bummer was that there was a resort fee, which we found out when we checked out. The parking fee of $70 is very normal in the United States.

The hotel I booked for a friend is relatively close to where I want to go. So we chose here. The Ritz-Carlton brand has always been a very good brand. The service industry is good.

If you want to stay here, it is recommended to drive a Porsche or Ferrari, otherwise you will get a blank look when you walk in. The service staff at the hotel are completely unenthusiastic and the wrong bill amount can be said to be the most outrageous Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed at. Is a thousand dollars a night really appropriate? Things are extremely expensive. A small waffle costs dozens of dollars, and having money and being a ********** are two different things. The hotel facilities are relatively old but functional, barely meeting the standards of a five-star hotel. Ritz-Carlton heirloom coffee cup, all I can say is that you are so beautiful.

The catering is a mess, there is no cooking, the breakfast is cold, and the room does not even provide a hot water kettle. It's also an American hotel. I stayed at the Four Seasons in New York. At least the restaurant is OK and the service is online. Very disappointed with Ritz Carlton 😞.

The hotel is located on the seaside of Santa Barbara. Many local people will hold some wedding ceremonies here. The rooms are decorated in pure American style. It is a little old, but it is still well maintained. It is a typical resort hotel
