Pool was nice and jacuzzi loved that it was indoors, also love that they have breakfast with my stay. Room was spacious and comfy. Staff was super nice and friendly. Pool closes at 10PM for kids and family and adults only until 12AM.

overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offered a comfortable atmosphere with excellent amenities, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers

The staff there is so slow. The manager, Tam, is lovely. The other people working at the desk are slow and rude. The wait staff in the restaurant/bar are very nice & lovely. The rooms are old but fine. The pool wasn’t heated and freezing. The hotel is right on top of the freeway so it’s loud.

Hotel in an excellent location in relation to the airport and Irvine, CA but the room was really bare and run down. At least the 6th floor was with rust/dirt at the bottom of the bathroom entrance and dirty spots where items had been spilled on the carpet and not cleaned before I checked in. Love the hotel outside the room!!

Don't be fooled by the name Hilton. Apart from the middle area, there is a little bit of fun. The rooms are old and dim, as if you have entered a motel. It was so cold at night in late January that the air conditioner was turned on. It felt like it had been used for forty years and it started to make noise when it was turned on. It made a loud noise; the hot water was poor and often suddenly spurted out extremely hot water; the room had a musty smell and the windows had to be opened for ventilation when not in the room; a youth group came when we checked in and chased each other in the corridor outside with howls and howls. The fight was approaching eleven o'clock, and the hotel didn't care at all. btw, there is no free parking, the difference between valet and self park is only two yuan.

The room is huge. It is a one-bedroom and one-living room suite. But the room is very old. I guess the hotel has been around for a long time.

Disadvantages, the facilities are relatively old and even damaged, and some rooms have peculiar smell, to be precise, the damp mold smell, which is concentrated in the living room, which affects the accommodation experience. There is a lot of foam in the SPA pool, and the smell of disinfectant bleach is particularly strong, which is not very good. All in all, if you want to be economical and need a suite space, this is OK. But after all, you get what you pay for, so don't get your hopes up here. If you want to live in a good suite, choose some high-end hotels.

The basic necessities of the hotel, including bottled water, are not equipped. The carpets are generally hygienic. It takes more than half an hour to check in at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
